Good employees in general but the management is extremely greedy with the deposit. A whole month with no hot water, over 2 weeks with no heating mid winter yet they never hesitated to claim a hefty portion from the deposit

Stay well away James Duggan is bad news.Smirked at a court hearing, my old neighbour has since died after the stress he caused He will get what's coming to him one day.Nobody gets away with this

Stay well away from this company, cost me 11k, don't carry out adequate referencing, tenants they placed were bad news, spent 12 weeks in prison for GBH, caused terrible stress to neighbours (one was also called Duggan but not blood related) and another has since died. Courts were useless , recommended by Trading Standards to pursue this route but a complete waste of time, did raise a complaint to NCC still awaiting reply after 2 years.

I have stayed in a house managed by Eagle Estates in Northampton for a year and a half. I was really impressed by the excellent state of the property and support service provided by Eagle Estates Staff.
