The person who talked with us about what we want to watch and the details about what we want was very helpful.

Chelton Brown, Northampton provided excellent service from the very beginning, from the viewing of the property right up to receiving the keys. They have a first-class team, all are professional and friendly. In fact, this is probably the very first time I have dealt with so many people at one company and each of them were outstanding in my dealings with them.

Chelton Brown have been excellent throughut the entire process and their halpwas very much appreciated. My only gripe would be the lettings hub reviewal process which I found to be excessive and stressful. But Chelton Brown themselves were great.

I bought a property and the paperwork is not in order. The solicitors I used were recommended by them. Now, I am incurring financial losses because of them. I intend to take them and their solicitors through civil court claim. I do not put names here but they have stopped responded to emails and phone calls. I would suggest independent landlords and property buyers to be careful with them.

I chose Chelton Brown to manage my portfolio based on personal recommendation and my own research. I had a short-list of two agents in the town that I felt stood out as being serious about the lettings business. So many estate agents seem to see lettings as easy money, but are not dedicated to a service model as distinct from the large one-off commission on property sales.
Before committing I met with the Managing Director and key people that would support me, my properties, and of course my tenants.
3 years later I continue to grow my portfolio and feel justified in choosing Chelton Brown.
