We recently brought our new home through Eckersley White.
They willingly showed us round the property on two separate occasions, informatively answering all our questions.
We were up against the Stamp Duty Holiday deadline, and so we were really grateful for the agents at Eckersley for their efforts in maintaining momentum with the chain, and pushing our purchase through in time.
The team were friendly and approachable. We've now sold, and brought through Eckersley in the last 4 years. We'd recommend them to facilitate either part of your house move.

I cannot stress how good everyone at Eckersley White are (Lee-On-Solent).
We had a tricky sale process (thanks to obnoxious agents and issues with solicitors within the rather lengthy chain). Shaun and Jon in particular went above and beyond what was expected trying to keep the process under control. I am in absolutely no doubt that without their intervention the chain would have collapsed. I'm not going to name and shame here but I will recommed these guys!
The valuation was very accurate and sold at the price we were expecting from the evaluation. Every email, phone call, viewing was always a pleasure and you were always dealt with as a person more than a 'client'.

What could have been a stressful process for me- I was selling my parents home as they had gone into care, plus I don't live in the area- was made easier than I had anticipated thanks to the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff.
Efficient, friendly service from start to finish.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We can't praise this company enough. They really put customer service as their first priority. From our first meeting with Helen and Shaun they were curtious, professional and extremely efficient, nothing was to much trouble.
All house sales and purchases are filled with pitfalls but the team at Eckersley White went out of their way to explain and sort any problems out. They kept us in touch with our vendors and buyers and happily liaised with the solicitors and Estate agents of all parties in our chain.
Nothing was to much trouble for them. John and his team were fabulous and we thank them for all their help an patience throughout our sale and purchase. If we could award them 6 stars we would.

An excellent professional outfit meticulously led by Jon Bowers their Branch Manager. They have shown total care and attention for their clients needs throughout the sales process. One feels genuinely looked after and protected throughout, in what appears a difficult dealings process period between the buyer and seller solicitors, in order to bring the sale to a successful conclusion. A genuinely friendly team working relentlessly in the ultimate closure of a successful and satisfactory transaction. I cannot thank them enough for their individual and collective hard work.
