9th Sep 2024 (3 days ago)I have been dealing with Oakley to find new tenants for a property I own. The process was smooth. I had great communication. For me Oakley took the stress out of finding a replacement tenant. The procedure was explained fully to me including the fees which they will deduct from the initial rental payment. I would not hesitate to recommend Fox & Sons Gosport. Friendly, professional & upfront about fees that will be incurred. I will be looking to put more business their way as a result of my positive experience. Can’t praise Oakley enough. However all the team in Gosport are great. Answer the phones promptly. Get back to you promptly. All this adds up to a great service. Thank you Fox & Sons Gosport. A great estate agent.

However, Paul was amazing and did everything he could to keep the chain together despite the circumstances and the fact that our buyer’s agent was nowhere to be seen! Paul was also easily contactable and went above and beyond. Thanks Paul!

3rd Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Robinson Reade sold my house for me in Locks Heath. The whole team were outstanding & continually kept me up to date at all times. They set up a "WhatsApp" group for my property which was a brilliant idea, as we were all able to use it at any time. It let me know of viewings (as well as receiving emails), instant feedback on a viewing, I could ask questions & I got instant replies - I thought it was amazing & so useful for me as the seller. The tracking once I had sold was first class. I truly can't fault this agent & I am extremely fussy!!! Go no where else................You won't be disappointed! Thank you to you all Lyn x

18th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)Suspicious of some sharp practices from Fry & Kent lettings! Just moved out of a flat which was left immaculate but as we moved out a few weeks before handover, they found a few dead flies in the bath and wanted £90 to clean it and witheld my deposit. They also mysteriously ‘lost’ a copy of the inventory which had recorded comments about the dirty state of the flat when we moved into it and spent two days bringing it up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness. It was supposed to have been cleaned professionally, but the cleaners must have only wiped the surfaces. I did dispute the excessive £90 charge and had photographic evidence to prove how grubby the flat was when we moved in, compared to how clean it was when we moved out. After a few robust emails arguing my case, they gave up and finally returned the deposit. Big hint when letting from any estate agent is; go over the inventory with a fine tooth comb; take dated and timed pictures of any discrepancies; make sure they are recorded in the tenant’s comments section and keep all correspondence with them. I would not recommend Fry & Kent. Pictures show a supposedly ‘professionally cleaned’ property!!
29th Mar 2024 (24 weeks ago)We initially asked Eckersley White for a probate quote which they were able to provide very quickly. They were also able to explain the sales process as we were inexperienced in the matter. When we were finally in a position to sell, they were able to again step up at very short notice over a holiday period to get the house up for sale as soon as possible. The sale went through within three months and we have been very happy with the advice, expertise and friendly attitude of the Eckersley White staff who kept us fully informed throughout.

If we had any queries, however small, they were more than happy to help. They always provided a very humane touch to everything, and always made us feel comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the future, as they are very dedicated and professional.

We chose them after friends of ours had worked with them to sell their home and after seeing the excellent quality of the images and marketing videos, we didn't want to work with anyone else. We had an offer and accepted just 6 days after going live on their website and Rightmove which was just incredible. The team really understood our requirements and we were also really grateful for their expertise in the housing market. We are so glad we chose them and we can proudly say that we are now settled in our New Home and it was thanks to the team's superb efforts that we completed a sale and a purchase in just under 3 months!
