We recently bought our home through Eckersley White. It was a stressful process due to issues with our buyer’s buyer. However, Paul was amazing and did everything he could to keep the chain together despite the circumstances and the fact that our buyer’s agent was nowhere to be seen! They have offered a service that is friendly & professional and demonstrated excellent communication skills throughout the whole process and above all else are not in the slightest bit pushy or aggressive like so many of the estate agents that we considered working with or were contacted by during the sale of our property. We had lived in our home for 30 years so when we found our next home we automatically engaged Eckersley white who were listing the new home we wanted. We had no idea what to expect having not been through the process for such a long time but the trust we put in allowing Eckersley White to manage both the sale and purchase was worthwhile. We were not disappointed and they were extremely professional and seriously went the extra mile to ensure a smooth transaction. Can't speak highly enough of Eckersley White. We sold our house and purchased our new house through them and they were fantastic. Constant communication from them and it didn't matter who we spoke to, it was clear that all information was logged because everyone you spoke to could give you information and answer our questions. There is only one estate agent we will ever use and it will be Eckersley White. What a great team you are. Would highly recommend.

The MANAGER (Paul) of this estate agent went under my landlord nose to book an UNAUTHORISED evaluation of my house , not only that but the two times I had the misfortune to speak to him on the phone he was very rude and talking down to me on the phone!! unfortunately for this man Paul he has now lost a sale of the house as my landlord will not sell through Eckersley for this reason I will not be spoken to on the phone by anybody that way. Extremely "wide boy" sales idiots .
