Thank you to Edwards for enabling us to move house! From the initial consultation with Edward to final handover of keys, Edwards Estate Agents have been fantastic. Mandy, Jo and Siobhan worked hard for us at all stages to ensure our Sale and Purchase progressed. We exchanged contracts yesterday after a very smooth process. We purchased through Nathan Winfield from the Ferndown branch. Throughout the process, which was extended due to the current house market movement, he has driven the rest of the chain of solicitors and agents to get us over the line. He has worked tirelessly to help us and checked in with both us and the sellers regularly to make sure that we were informed of any developments and to generally provide reassurance. Whilst we do not plan on doing this again any time soon, if we ever do then we will definitely insist on using Nathan and his branch again and i would recommend him to anyone who is thinking of moving to, from or within the area in the future. We are very satisfied customers! who are only disappointed that there is a 5 star limit on this review.... Read more

We have just bought our first house and thank god the sellers chose Edwards to sell their house! Georgina McGorrigan was our contact throughout the process and she went above and beyond our expectations. She was friendly and helpful at all times, quick to answer all emails and regularly called with updates. Our solicitors were terrible, but Georgie dealt with them fantastically and frequently knew more about our case than our solicitors. If she is anything to go by, we would 100% buy/rent or sell through Edwards in the future.... Read more

Told our buyer the lowest figure we would accept instead of trying to see if we could negotiate higher. Information feedback dreadful. No wonder Purplebricks exists. I was telling them how things were proceeding. Stay away. Thousands spent for what was a for sale board and photos. Useless... Read more

Edwards were recommended to us when we were having difficulties with a large national estate agent, who seemed to be doing very little to sell our property. We terminated the contract with them and took on Edwards. And what a difference! Right from the outset, Edwards' level of enthusiasm and commitment was simply outstanding. Their team took the time to familiarise themselves with the property so they were able to talk to customers knowledgeably and with confidence. We were kept up to date with all enquiries and viewings and given valuable feedback on customers' impressions. Given that the original national-chain estate agent had had our property on the market for six months with only around ten viewings and no offers, we were amazed that Edwards were immediately busy with viewings and secured an offer in less than one month. In fact, if I check back on my phone, the sheer volume of emails and phone calls from Edwards in comparison to the few from the previous agent highlights the fact that houses don't sell themselves; the estate agent has to work for their commission. Like many customers, we initially made the mistake of assuming that all estate agents work equally hard at selling properties, but it was only when we had experienced the kind of commitment and hard work that Edwards put in, that we wished we had gone straight to them in the first place. So, a massive thank you to Gianni, Mandy, Jo, Siobhan and everyone at Edwards. We can't recommend you highly enough.... Read more
