Very disappointed with lack of professionalism and poor service from this estate agent. We placed an offer on a house. Had very little communication and continuously promised a call back. Would definitely not recommend. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

Each member of staff we dealt with in respect of the sale of our house was totally professional. Moving house is an infrequent occurrence and so a degree of hand-holding is needed. The staff were good at this and communications were timely and comprehensive. We would certainly recommend this firm.

Incredibly difficult to reach on the telephone and most of the time have to leave messages which are not returned. We wanted to put an offer in on a house but were unable to speak to anyone until the following day.
They are dismissive of potential buyers if you are not ‘proceedable’’.
Some of the staff are lovely but others are quite rude - asking if we could afford the costs of necessary refurbishments, and hanging up the telephone when querying why they didn’t return my call from the previous day.
Very poor.

We had high hopes of a sale with Jeremy McGinn but once we had gone on the market we didnt hear anything from them we had to chase for information, we were told we would get updates but this just didnt happen.

We have applied to let through this company twice now and both times we were unsuccessful. The only way we found out was by seeing online that the properties were no longer available to let. We missed out on renting other properties waiting for their contact. Very unprofessional.

Over the last few months - middle of Lock down and Covid i was selling two properties and buying a new build. I've found the service and the communication to be exemplary. I was kept constantly informed of all progress. Jeremy himself helped me a great deal with various complications in the transaction that occurred with both the building of the new house and the legal side of the transaction. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone buying or selling. I certainly see them as 'trusted advisors'. Great service.

Closed office due to covid. Declined viewing request unless existing property sold. Makes it difficult to decide whether moving is an option if you can't see what's unoccupied and available

Our property was put on the market just before the lockdown resulting from the Covid pandemic and this inevitably impacted on the sales process but despite this issue, a buyer was found within about two months and the sale was completed two months later. Jeremy McGinn and Co worked continuously throughout, keeping us informed of progress and achieved a great result in difficult circumstances. We would definitely recommend them.
