The team at Stratford upon Avon have looked after our rental for more than 12 years and you couldn't get a better recommendation than that. They have always found us good tenants very quickly so we have had minimum breaks between tenancies. They look after all the admin that goes with the property - bills payments etc - and get any repairs sorted promptly. We live overseas so it is very important that we have a reliable agent looking after our property and that is what we have with Belvoir. It is a friendly and completely stress-free relationship.

I have been dealing with Belvoir Stratford for 15 years. Initially they managed the letting and management of a property on my behalf. I have never had any problems with the tenants and only ever the minimum of time between one tenant and another. When I recently visited the property for the first time in a number of years, I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent condition of the property. This is entirely due to Belvoir checking prospective tenants and regularly monitoring the condition of the property.
Belvoir have now marketed and sold the property for me. I received good advice regarding the sale and even in this climate it sold within a few weeks.
The staff have always been exceptionally pleasant, helpful and efficient and I thoroughly recommend Belvoir as both letting agents and estate agents.

Belvoir have been amazing agents for our rental. From the friendly service when showing us different properties, to getting us all set up and moved in and for responding with incredible efficiency whenever we have a problem. Their contractors give far quicker service than we ever had from our expensive home care contracts in our old home. Highly recommend them. Best rental agents we've ever come across (and we've had many between us over the years).

A refreshing experience after previously using disappointing agents.
Belvoir have so far regained our faith in letting agents. They came across as laid back which to start with was slightly concerning, but our concerns didn't last long when the move and went incredibly smoothly.
Very attentive staff and a very warm and friendly attitude.
Belvoir clearly care just as much about their tenants as they do their landlords.
We would definitely recommend Belvoir Stratford.

Belvoir have been excellent through mine and my partners renting process. When a landlord pulled out, they did everything the could to find us a property as soon as possible, resulting in finding our dream place. Absolutely lovely staff, always friendly and very helpful. We rented with Belvoir Stratford-upon-Avon for more than ten years. In that time Martyn, Jo and the rest of the team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Any issue that we had was always resolved quickly, efficiently and often the same day. Whenever we contacted the office, we were always provided with great service and prompt support - nothing was ever too much trouble. I wish all rental agents were as professional, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable as this gem of a team. I cannot recommend them enough. I would give Martyn and co. ten stars if I could.
