Jo, Deborah, and all the team from Belvoir in Stratford-upon-Avon have been managing my property for over a decade. They've always delivered excellent service, knowing when to contact in an emergency and when to just solve the tenant's issue immediately. In this regard they've made my tenants happy and that has meant I've been happy.

I bought my first property with belvoir and had a really difficult time with my solicitors at first. After many months things weren’t going anywhere so I instructed a new team. Belvoir did amazing work ensuring the seller that I was still keen to purchase the property and together we then got the sale pushed through really fast.

Being an international student, there are a few more hoops to jump through to get everything aligned, timezone differences, etc. The Stratford office, Jo in particular, was awesome in getting everything worked out. I have been dealing with Belvoir Stratford for 15 years. Initially they managed the letting and management of a property on my behalf. I have never had any problems with the tenants and only ever the minimum of time between one tenant and another. When I recently visited the property for the first time in a number of years, I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent condition of the property. This is entirely due to Belvoir checking prospective tenants and regularly monitoring the condition of the property.
Belvoir have now marketed and sold the property for me. I received good advice regarding the sale and even in this climate it sold within a few weeks.
The staff have always been exceptionally pleasant, helpful and efficient and I thoroughly recommend Belvoir as both letting agents and estate agents.

A refreshing experience after previously using disappointing agents.
Belvoir have so far regained our faith in letting agents. They came across as laid back which to start with was slightly concerning, but our concerns didn't last long when the move and went incredibly smoothly.
Very attentive staff and a very warm and friendly attitude.
Belvoir clearly care just as much about their tenants as they do their landlords.

I have used Belvoir lettings for a number of years now to manage my property whilst it is being let out and I have never had any problem that they couldn't solve. I spend a lot of my time working abroad so cannot easily sort out issues but this is never an issue for the staff at Belvoir. If anything, they go above and beyond what could be expected often manking themselves available out of hours to support the tenant and me. In addition, they also sort out issues with the Maintenance Company - a function they could easily just pass my way. I would never consider letting out a propoerty without a letting agent such as Belvoir.

We have been using Belvoir's full management service to let our furnished property since early 2008. From the very beginning they made sure they were clear about what we needed from them, so we don't get bothered with the little things and are consulted about any bigger issues - it's always worked out exactly as we wanted. We are kept fully informed about matters such as changes in tenants, safety surveys etc. The staff have always been very reliable, quick to answer any queries and deal with problems (leaks, appliance breakdowns, etc) and courteous in all dealings with us. Our property is important to us and we know it's in safe hands.

I have let my flat through Belvoir for nearly four years, since 2009. Over the years, there have been several problems, both major and minor, in connection with the property (from a vandalized parking pole to a bad leak in the shower), but every time, Belvoir has sorted it out with a minimum of hassle (and cost) for me. They keep me informed but relieve me of the responsibility of dealing with the nitty-gritty; the monthly account is a miracle of clarity and always arrives on time; and whenever I'm in Stratford and step in to say hello, I'm greeted by friendly faces and the patient handing over of the latest bunch of letters that I have stupidly forgotten to change the address for! I can strongly recommend Belvoir Lettings; I couldn't feel better taken care of.

I've used Belvoir in Stratford Upon Avon for many years and find they give an excellent service. They know the market inside out and every member of their team seems to be 'switched on' and able to deal with any query promptly and efficiently. Would recommend them to any landlord.
