This agency took over our house from a previous agency. We recently called them as we were experiencing issues with our boiler. The engineer was to our door within 15 mins, nice fella too. He had patched the boiler up, then came back couple more time to check and finally replace the boiler. So far, experience has been good, they answered promptly within a few occasions and staff is polite.... Read more
