But since then - made numerous calls about electric wiring fire, Agreed works prior to moving in - NOT Completed.

With this being my first time buying a house, I didn't really know what to expect, and was quite anxious about everything. But Jennie and Nicola were on hand from the beginning to the end, always on top of things and always available to offer advise and reassurances. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience, and will definitely be recommending them to family and friends!

When our house was up for sale with Jennie platt they allowed people viewing our house to move furniture and items they moved things from on top of my wardrobe and placed on my bed not even put back. Touching personal property should not have been allowed. They used to say things to our solicitors about us not knowing we knew each other very well. Not professional at all. We ended up taking our house off the market due to the bad experience.

Just wanted to say how professional, contactable and open it was to put through offers on this property. All the dealings and correspondence/calls we have had from Jennie Platt while searching for a property has been the best I've encountered so far searching for a home. Although we didn't secure this house, I hope we find a property through you guys.

Thankyou to all the team, sold a house for me in Prestwich in march, I certainly received more than I was expecting, dealt with Shauna, who did a few viewings for me, Nicola helped in admin, and I think Jennie platt herself did viewing for me, which is nice to know the owner still does her bit, so Thankyou all,I tried to leave review on estas, but can’t select star rating on system.

My property has been damaged by a leak from the apartment above which they manage due to lack of maintenance , its been two months and no effort what so ever has been made by these people to fix the damage in fact they have never even bothered to speak to me directly about the issue, their contractor doesn't even reply to messages, stay well away from this company or you may find yourself in a small claims court as the owner who trusted these people to manage their property is about to find out.

Was selling our flat through Jennie Platt Estates. Thought I would just check the online listing to see what else was on the market and was horrified to find that the asking price on our flat had been reduced by £10k without our knowledge. Whilst I appreciate it may be necessary to reduce the price to generate more interest it is totally unacceptable to do so without first discussing it with the client.

Rang up to make an appointment to view a property and was told we were there this morning, you should have phoned earlier? We can do Monday at 11am. Great if you don’t work. Unfortunately my wife and I both do!
No other offer of any other time. We are cash buyers and the market is struggling. Don’t think their clients would be impressed by their lack of flexibility to book in a viewing and the potential loss of a sale. In comparison with Clive Anthony and Normie, who bend over backwards to accommodate potential purchasers, Jennie Platt are appalling. It’s easy to see why they don’t get many listings in compared to other local agents. Think Jennie is still off sick, so the place is probably in the hands of a bunch of inept teenagers!

I enquired about letting a property with this estate agents, and they have been absolutely FANTASTIC! Especially Emma, she has gone above and beyond to help me get the apartment I wanted and she is brilliant, they are such a great friendly team! I would highly recommend this estate agents.

I was looking for a 2 bedroom flat to buy, they were aware of this. I agreed on viewing this property that was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment, with a full description mentioning the flat included a master bedroom and a further bedroom. Due to the price being relatively low, i asked like 3 times if this was actually a 2 bedroom flat. Every single time i was told not to worry, that this was in fact a 2 bedroom. They were also aware i had to change a flight, which cost me money, in order to go to the viewing. It turns out this was actually a 1 bedroom flat. They've wasted my time and money. Very very veryyy unprofessional. Up until today they haven't even apologised and haven't amended the ad.

I hate to leave reviews but my experience today was not acceptable. I had a booking at 1pm to view a property in Altrincham and I waited 1 hour for no body to show up and show me around the property. I understand people are busy and things happen but I would have liked to have been made aware so I didn't waste my time and money travelling quite far to get there as well. I also did ring the estate agents and the lady was lovely and unfortunately couldn't get hold of her staff member and was told to wait another 10 minutes which turned into 50, and by that time I gave up and went home. I will not be viewing any properties with this estate agents again.

The worst experience of my life. Her staff are bullies and they stole all the furniture from my house that they were renting out for me. And then tried to deny it. Not honest people
