Enfields made my selling process seamless. They are extremely proactive and took incredible pictures which got a lot of people through the door and meant a very quick sale. During the selling process they were great at liaising with the solicitors and other estate agent in order to keep me up to date and make sure everything was going through as quickly as possible. We switched to Enfield late last year. House had been off and on the market for a while - lots of viewings but no sale.
Andrew (the owner) had a clear strategy around how and when he would market our property. He was also very easy to deal with.
The strategy involved putting the house back on the market from Boxing Day (which surprised us) using a completely new set of pictures and a revised asking price. Andrew also showed all prospective buyers around the house.
We got lots of interest and quite quickly an offer at the asking price. The sale is progressing, and at this stage, we could not be happier.
