Had dealings with this company twice 1st time wanted to view a house in Burley in Wharfedale told he would have to consult the Director ....never got back to me 2nd viewed a house on South view we were the 1st people said yes to full asking price gave prove of funding within 30 mins Next day told they were showing someone else who also wanted to buy Then told it was going to best and final offers 12 noon the following day I went 5 k over the asking price 180k then 5 mins before the 12 noon deadline offered 182k I was told the owners had gone with the other offer I know know that was infuse lower than mine it was sold at £181.500 not happy to say the least

Over the last decade I’ve used Ribston Pippin to sell two houses and buy my current home. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my most valuable asset.
On the two occasions I’ve sold a house with them they ‘got it’ better than any other estate agent I met with. Acting swiftly, they took amazing photos and prepared descriptions that showcased the properties in the very best light. In volatile markets, we received offers in the timescale we needed and achieved the sales prices we wanted.
When I was looking to buy a property, they listened carefully to what my family wanted, and they went out and found it for us. In the right street and within budget.
When it came to getting the transactions through, they worked harder than any other estate agent to get the sales to exchange of contracts and completion. ????
With other estate agents, I’ve felt the employees were simply going through the motions until it was time to go home at 5pm. Whereas Lisa, Andy and Andrew at Ribston Pippin had the passion and determination to put my family in our dream home(s). ???????????????????????

I was predominantly looked after by Andrew but met Andy when he came to take pictures of my apartment and I spoke to Lisa on the phone on a handful of occasions. I can honestly say they’re the nicest bunch of people and they sold my flat in 24 hours which was a complete win!
Andrew kept me informed throughout the whole process and was always just a phone call away when I had a query. He pushed things along when there were delays with other people in the chain also.
I couldn’t recommend Ribston Pippin more, 10/10!

Ribston Pippin were fantastic from the moment we decide to sell our house. Andy gave us clear, straightforward advice about how to present the house and clearly knew the local market inside out. RP handled all the viewings and gave us prompt & comprehensive feedback each time. Andrew didn’t flinch when we turned up the pressure by finding our dream house and having a deadline to get our sale agreed. Through the nightmare that was the global pandemic/lockdown Lisa not only kept us informed but went out of her way to try and keep our stress levels down!
We are never moving house again but if we did we’d be lucky to find an agent even half as good as Ribston Pippin.

Estate Agency at its best.
We viewed a few houses with Ribston Pippin and we eventually ended up buying one through them.
Ribston Pippin have been outstanding. They offer a personal service, and are leaps ahead of the big chain estate agencies that around around.
The owners live within Menston and often you will come across them - so they are honest, reliable and want to make sure the home is right for you. Its personal service nailed.
Their valuations are appropriate, and are not trying to inflate the local market like many of the other chains.
I personally would like to thank Andy for making this happen. The service was outstanding, was genuine and was honest.
Very rarely can you say that it was a pleasure doing business with an estate agency, however I would say this was a pleasure, and was a great experience.
If you are selling your house, please use these - as a buyer of a property they were fantastic and I would recommend anyone to use Andy and the team.

Any two bob agent can take some pictures and make a listing on Rightmove. The real work comes when an offer is accepted. Andy, Lisa & team drove the sale forward and were always contactable. They dealt with, what was at times, a frustrating sale with the upmost speed and professionalism. We had a very positive experience with RP, honest and straight talking. We were very demanding sellers and buyers and found Lisa and Andy throughout to be the consummate professionals yet down to earth. Both are fantastic communicators often going the extra mile managing the process, following up people, companies and other parties on our behalf making the sales happen with a of minimum fuss. We have now sold two houses with RP both in Guiseley, both sold with in the week. What more can I say. I don’t believe we would have had the same personal service with a bigger company, I speak as I find a very positive experience during a stressful period.

Appear to be purely reactive. Only 3 viewings after 17 weeks! Lost proposed purchase as a result. In the 20 week total contract period, more interest/communications received from other local agents than Ribston Pippin. Complete waste of time!
