Our experience has been positive, particularly with Stewart Harrison, Head of Sales, who was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and on the ball. Stewart always took the time to speak to us, answer questions and give advice. It felt like we were a team with the same end goal. Stewart is a genuinely kind individual who has his clients’ best interests at heart. Jimmy Gallagher was also fantastic - extremely personable and thorough. We will miss speaking to Stewart following completion.

27th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)Had dealings with this company twice 1st time wanted to view a house in Burley in Wharfedale told he would have to consult the Director ....never got back to me 2nd viewed a house on South view we were the 1st people said yes to full asking price gave prove of funding within 30 mins Next day told they were showing someone else who also wanted to buy Then told it was going to best and final offers 12 noon the following day I went 5 k over the asking price 180k then 5 mins before the 12 noon deadline offered 182k I was told the owners had gone with the other offer I know know that was infuse lower than mine it was sold at £181.500 not happy to say the least

Katerina was the original agent, but left the company half way thru my purchase, she too was efficient. The only hiccup was their phone answering service, who didn’t seem to pass on my calls.

First choice for tenant find; used several times over past seven years or so for our buy to lets. Dan has the nous for seeking out good tenants and the peace of mind this brings. Strong recommendation

19th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Just completed on a property purchase in Ilkley and can’t thank Dale Edison enough for their determination to get the sale over the line. My case was long and complicated mostly due to my own circumstances but Molly was always so patient, considerate and efficient in moving us forward with each step and keeping everyone updated. At some point she was the only person who was responding to my emails and kept me in the loop with what was happening during the long and quite daunting process. Really felt very well cared for through the process and was nice to have a thoughtful and reassuring person on the other side to guide me. Huge thanks Molly and all.

Our experience with EweMove was so much better than our previous experience with a bigger, high street estate agent, and this was all down to Nev. It was so reassuring to have a single point of contact and he always got back to us immediately if we had any questions. We were made to feel like genuinely valued customers. Because Nev took time at the outset to get to know us and our home, none of the viewings felt like a waste of time (Nev's marketing appeared to target only those buyers who were genuinely committed and who would be 'a good fit' for our home). As a result a full asking price offer came along pleasingly quickly! We would strongly recommend EweMove, particularly Nev's Guiseley & Otley branch. Date of experience: 02 April 2024
