Bought a buy to let apartment and furnished it through Ernest Brooks Interiors, really good job and easy from the start, saw a proposal with the floor-plan / space in mind and when installed received photos and a report from a property manager. Would certainly recommend, good price hassle free service from buying off plan to furniture a tenant and rental income, couldn’t as for an easier process. The words..... 'Estate Agent' normally sends shivers down your spine. That was certainly my experience with the firm I used prior to Ernest Brooks International. I want to shout from the rooftop about this company! Here are a few words to describe my experience. Honest, Professional, Helpful, Kind and Empathetic. I would definitely recommend Ernest-Brooks International. It was a pleasure working with Patrick Backos. I felt he is a very client-motivated consultant. He does not drags or delays things. From start to finish Oliver’s help and responsiveness was memorable in every way. Update: we just completed the purchase of our property today. Samantha and her team are the best advisors I could imagine. She is so responsive, hard-working, and professional. I recently sold my apartment in SE London using Ernest-Brooks International. I used them because I hoped they would bring in some potential buyers from abroad as well as UK based buyers and so increase the chance of a quick sale. I initially put the property on the market in the Autumn of 2020 and only got a couple of viewings. I took a break over Christmas and went back on the market in February and sold within a week. All viewings were by UK based buyers and no one from overseas. Once the sale had been agreed the follow up service was excellent (Samantha) from agreement right through to completion. So a star lost for a disappointing number of viewings. But after a buyer had been found it was definitely a 5 star service.... Read more

A great team. I had the pleasure of working with Craig Kelly on a recent purchase of a new build apartment in London. Craig was very knowledgeable about the London real estate market, current market conditions and was honest about the valuation. Unlike many real estate agents there was no hard sell attitude and I felt that Craig was looking for a win-win for all parties. The entire team at Ernest-Brooks were very helpful.
