Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. It has been a great pleasure working with Billy Brooks (Foxtons Canary Wharf). Billy has great marketing and presentation skills. He is a skilled negotiator, polite, accommodating and he has been instrumental in getting the deal through. Billy is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and a hard working gentleman. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend him.

Foxtons Canary Wharf has been a pleasure to work with. Specifically, David Morgan who worked closely with us to find the perfect flat and ensure it was everything we wanted. He was always very responsive, and helpful.

I wanted to leave a review specifically for David Morgan (Canary Wharf Lettings). He’s been exceptionally helpful and accommodating whilst searching for flats. Even though my search ended, he went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible and I cannot thank him enough. He’s an asset to your company!

My boyfriend and I had a great experience in finding our first flat in London thanks to Karolis from the Canary Wharf branch. We gave him a list of quite strict and specific requirements which he diligently paid attention to and showed us a series of places that met many of our needs. He showed us flats at a range of prices but ultimately succeeded in pushing us to the top end of our budget by showing us a truly amazing place which, in the end, we could not resist. Karolis is a nice guy who we were able to have a laugh and a chat with, but who still remained professional and courteous throughout our meetings with him. A true asset for Foxtons.

I would like to thank Karolis for helping us find a perfect place! Since the beginning, Karolis went an extra mile and was genuinely interested in finding the best possible place for us! He was always very professional and wasn't just trying to sell us any random property. He was very helpful in our decision making process as he shared both positives and negatives of each property. Comparing to other agents that I had a chance of dealing with, he was far more knowledgeable in technical details of each property, price differences, contracts, documentation, etc. Even after signing the tenancy agreement, he was always available to us and helped us resolve any issue within the same day. I highly recommend him!

Karolis from the Canary Wharf branch made our first time experience a breeze, he broke through all the jargon for us and went above and beyond to meet our needs and answered all queries in an upfront and professional manor! Always offered great advice and found us a great place! His efforts were greatly appreciated!

A couple of friends and I have been looking for a nice place for our upcoming move to London. Karolis from the Canary Wharf branch has been an absolutely incredible agent from the get go, absolutely friendly over the phone and eager to find us a place us that fit our needs and budget! Karolis worked his magic and found us the perfect place in the perfect area all within budget. Plus he’s been absolutely incredible with dealing with our insane amount of questions regarding the move. I would highly recommend Foxtons and Karolis as your estate agents when looking for a place to live in London!

LIARS, POOR MANAGEMENT.

I made a huge mistake by letting Foxtons to manage my property.
1) Tenants never set up utility bill accounts, so I ended up paying utility bills after they moved out.
2) It was clearly stated in the agreement that no pets were allowed, and the tenants informed Foxtons in the middle of their tenancy that they've found a kitten on the street in Canary Wharf and they'd like to keep. Foxtons staff forwarded me the information and asked me for permission, I said no. But tenants kept the cat in the property for 8 months anyways.
3) Tenants lost a set of keys, it costs me £30 to get a new fob. But when I asked Foxtons why was there a single set of keys for my 2-bed flat (rented to 2 tenants) they said they looked into the file, yes they definitely only had one set of keys and given to tenants only a single set of keys. (They didn't count the set of keys when tenants returned them and they LIED in my face multiple times insisting on this.)
4) Former tenants were oversea students doing 1-year masters (meaning they only have visa for one year), but Foxtons made a 2-year contract with 1-year break clause anyways. Smart move. They don't care about your property, they just want to make money and by not doing their work.
5) My property was clearly damaged and they didn't care to address that.
6) They are really rude when they are found screwing up, when they see that they cannot make money off you again they just don't care to keep their decency.

So clearly, if you are a tenant you should go with them since they don't care about the property much you can do whatever you want. But remember, you are renting someone's beloved home, someday you may rent your place out as well and wouldn't you like your tenants to take care of it?

But for property owners, please avoid using their service. They are just a bunch of liars who don't care about your property at all.

You see, we pay you management fee, and we pay higher fees to you because we sometimes think higher price means better quality of service, and Foxtons taught me that what I thought was clearly wrong.

They provided an excellent service. Our short term letting agent, Ben Whittle, was amazing. He answered all our communications politely and promptly (massive thing when looking for a new abode). He spent the right amount of time getting to know us and what our needs and expectations were. Additionally, his patience in ferrying us around to various properties was great. Plus Foxtons give you a free bottle of water for every office :) Jokes aside Ben was awesome and a great ambassador for the Foxtons' brand.

Harriet Murphy provided us with excellent advice and customer service. She understood our requirements and made us feel prioritized and listened to throughout the search process. While we did not ultimately take a property from Foxtons, we learned a lot about the housing market in London and were able to better identify what we wanted out of a new home.

Harriet Murphy served me professionally and with courtesy. She was very professional, organised and was able to present me with options that suited my needs. She was very attentive and would adapt as per my requests. Mrs Murphy kept in contact and updated me as the situation evolved throughout the process. I was very pleased.
