We were lucky enough to be able to work with David Morgan through our rather chaotic flat haunt. He was above and beyond throughout the entire process from start to finish. He was honest, straight-forward, professional, patient and very friendly. He made sure he understood what we wanted (even at times when we weren’t too sure ourselves) and provided us all information we needed to find the most suitable match. within a week of getting in touch with him we had our contract signed. We would definitely recommend him as he is a reliable, well-informed and compassionate agent.

Thomas and Manveer helped me so much in finding me a suitable buyer and taking care of the whole selling process. The property management service is very poor. Communication is awful. You wait days for an unhelpful response. Even for important things like being unable to lock the door. I guess once the commission is paid, there's no incentive to treat tenants well. Our tap has been leaking for 5 months.
The flat was below standard when we moved in. We had negotiated new carpets - but this was not done. The floor, balcony and toilets were dirty. We only had one key, and after 7 months we still haven't received a key for our mailbox!! The kitchen was filled with dirty crockery and cooking equipment left by the landlord. The vacuum cleaner didn't work. The chairs were old and damaged. The shelves were missing supports.
To withdraw from your contract early expect to pay a fee of about 2.4× the monthly rent
The service while you're looking for flats is good however. David Morgan was very helpful in our search. The staff in the branch are also helpful and pleasant to speak to.
Unfortunately the property management is unacceptable which outweighs these positives

Really terrible property management. We rented a flat, and when we came to move in the place was disgusting. There were leftovers in the fridge, trash everywhere, and other people's personal belongings in our closets and shelves. It took three weeks for Foxtons to send over a "pre-tenancy" cleaning service. They refused to do a check-in, which is a clear breach of contract, and leaves room for a questionable check out and return of the deposit. Our property manager was rude, would tell us to "Google it" anytime we would come to her with an issue.
Overall Foxtons is an irresponsible company, who does not care about the tenants.
