Site Acres did a fantastic job on our garden. They understood my vision of what I wanted and did a fantastic job creating it. Michael, Nicky and the rest of the team were very professional and everything was well communicated to me. They completed the work within the given timeline to a high standard. We have used Site Acres for many jobs the last few years, 2 fencing jobs and 3 block paving jobs. They are not the cheapest but they are the best! Michael will come and price the job required and the price you get is a straight price is no messing around with silly gimmicks or hard sell. When the team arrive they will get on and do the job without issue, all waste etc is removed and and Micheal will confirm you are pleased . They have just completed a slab path for another member of our family and she is also very pleased. I would have no hesitation in recommending Site Acres they are a good reliable company .... These gardeners are useless. Their equipment is extremely noisy and they seem to love using every piece of equipment which is petrol powered and sounds like a swarm of spitfires constantly buzzing around all at the same time. They walk around the grounds revving their bloody petrol blowers and strimmers and don't even seem to be doing a half decent job. They allow the trees and shrubbery in the grounds to grow so out of control that it makes parking cars in the residents bays harder. I pay for this service through a management company and am forced to put up with this sub standard service. I've tried to complain but nothing improves. I would have given zero stars if possible. Having been very helpful and always getting back to me, providing me with a quote, arranging the date to come and do the work, booking a digger, calling the day before to confirm, they then tell me on the morning the work is due to start that now his business partner has seen the job they won't do the work. I don't think this is acceptable behaviour and would advise anyone agaist using them if they actually want the job done. ... Read more
