I would just like to comment on the unfair review from Rachel Brown everyone is entitled to their opinion and i take that on board but trying to ruin a good estate agents reputation when it was out of the agents control is pretty poor. The property she is referring to is a corporate property and the rules dictated by that client are we are not allowed to market the said property as Sold subject to contract until contracts have been exchanged. As explained to her in detail when the offer was made and afterwards when a higher offer came in.

They agreed a sale. Put it in writing. Encouraged me to contract solicitors. Meanwhile they improved the property description, continued to market with no "subject to contract notice". Then informed me that the sale was off as they'd had a higher offer. Do not buy through this agent unless you are prepared to loose money for searches and solicitors
