Overall I had a reasonably good experience with John D Wood although the information given about the property was somewhat lacking. I expect this is because the property was only being let out by the landlord for the first time. Millie Finch was our negotiator, whom I found to be charming and very pleasant to deal with. Rob Philip especially proved to be an ace negotiator when dealing with a particularly pedantic and unrealistic/unreasonable firm of solicitors acting for the buyers and kept everything on track brilliantly, whilst maintaining a sense of humour !
