Fraser Stratton are the worst agents I have dealt with. First of all they cannot even pay the rent money on time on every occasion. Additionally, there was a time where they paid the rent over a month late. Now this is unbelievable and every time I had to follow up with a phone call just for them to say ‘we will follow up with our accountant’.
The staff there are absolutely poor. Anytime I would like to talk to the staff they are always supposedly ‘busy’. I always get told that they will give me a call when free, but that never happened at all. I had to follow up with an additional call on so many occasions.
To summarise, they cannot pay the rent on time. The customer service they provide is absolutely appalling. So what am I paying the management fee for?

Me and wife instructed them to sell our house was valued by Charlie at 390000 pounds and it was sold at asking price completed on 28th March all of there team was good harry and Mercedes.

I used Fraser Stretton to sell my property because out of all the agents that came to value they were the only ones to back up what they said with all the relevant information regarding sales in the area. They were professional and thorough.
My property, for a variety of reasons was a hard sell and l knew that it would be. And really, that is the test for any agent, as anyone can sell a property in perfect condition in the perfect location. They worked incredibly hard on my behalf. I was always able to speak to someone by phone if l needed to. I never had unanswered calls or to wait in a queue. Everyone who answered the phone was polite and helpful. Emails were always answered. Feedback from viewings was always provided. They worked really hard to smooth the process and keep the sale process moving. Selling a property is always stressful, not having to chase agents removes at least some of that stress. I would happily use them again.

We had a great experience with Charlie and Harry at Fraser Stretton.
We had 3 appraisals in total, and we went with Fraser in the end because their valuation was more in line with what we thought our home was worth.
In the end, we sold for 20-30k more than what Spencers/Martin & Co valued our home at.
Communication was great throughout and we wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!

Please avoid this company as they have had numerous other companies go into liquidation. Also my experience is very concerning as.. I was left over a month without heating and hot water in the winter. I had to get my own plumber and they didnt even want to pay the bill.
Now the other issue is, They take phone calls and completely forget you once phone is put down. I now have to email so they cant lie about my calls anymore. 3 months now without double garage and use of it. All my work tools are stuck inside and now im 2 months behind on rent which i can pay due to needing my tools to work. Now they refuse to take responsibility of anything and keep bagering me about rent i cant pay.

Our sale went smoothly and without issue. Mercedes and the team @Allendale Rd branch could not have been better. Informative, knowledgeable, communication was top notch via a WhatsApp group which was the perfect option for us. Had 6 viewings on first day and Sold above asking. FS know their market and can match the right purchasers to your property, there were no problems as Mercedes ensured all went smoothly, keeping us updated on progress throughout. Honestly, where do I start....
Fraser Stretton went the extra miles, they went above and beyond and their service was incomparable. I had my property on the market with 2 other estate agents before Fraser Stretton and I had a really bad experience, but when Fraser Stretton stepped in, it was just so easy, terms and conditions were transparent, the team were easy to get hold of always and they made the process so much easier for us. The Leicester based estate agency Fraser Stretton had taken amazing pictures, great floorplans, excellent descriptions/valuation services and excellent service to potential buyers to my property. And I was updated thoroughly and often! They gave me the reassurance and really came through, finding a buyer for my property and liaising as a middle ground.
They even made a WhatsApp group to keep me and my family updated as we were not staying at the property when it was on the market.
I want to thank the team at Fraser Stretton each those who helped so much, absolutely impeccable service especially from Charlie Hill and Harry Hennessy! Additionally Sofia and Elise were always there to answer calls and get the background work done whenever I needed!
I couldn't have asked for any better and I would pick Fraser Stretton a million times over!

From viewing a number of property with your company near Christmas time last year, to having our offer accepted on the property that we chose, up to the completion of the purchase. The service was excellent. Had a viewing this morning, which ultimately I failed to attend due to sudden aggressive illness the past few days, I couldn't wake up with the alarm. Now, I know it's my fault and take full responsibility, and apologised profusely, I know the agents work hard and never missed an appointment before or cancel beforehand if necessary. But I really don't think I deserved the cold-hearted, mean-spirited response I got back from the agent Sofie saying, " Unfortunately, the vendor is unhappy and won't let you view it after this. Best of luck with your property search." I understand the sentiment, but I just don't think it warrants this sort of reaction. It's for an overpriced property for its area as well. I already viewed the property that I loved and wanted to check other options ,so personally, I wasn't too upset, but I can't imagine being someone on a medical/ family emergency hearing this type of thing. We had a bit of a sticky situation and needed to find a flat with lots of challenges, we viewed new built flats for rent in city centre, our viewing was with Sophie, and she was just so nice and friendly, made the experience that much easier. The whole process was looked after by Xenia. I read some reviews who said she’s rude or unprofessional, but it is far from reality. She is direct, straight to the point and most importantly very efficient and quick to respond. From viewing the flat to getting keys to the flat, the whole process took max a week. And that’s what we loved. It’s the high level of professionalism and how easy it was to communicate, considering she didn’t have to respond so quick and answer 101 questions. So if you’re considering using this company, I highly recommend, and Xenia thank you so much for everything you have done, you have been amazing!

First time I've come across Fraser Stretton, but won't be the last. The ease of the whole process just made it effortless. Harry came out to do the initial valuation, Charlie did the photos and Sophie was present for the viewings. They were quick to get the property marketed and communicated effectively to book in viewings.
Sophie came before the scheduled viewings, took some notes, had a quick look around and worked out the best way to move people in and out to keep the flow going. Did a good job and had a good chat in-between appointments.

First impressions were great. Charlie arrived early to value the property, take inages and drone footage which was imoressive. The property went on the market within 24 hours of the first visit and an offer was accepted within the first couple of weeks. The communication from Harry was great and the chasing he had to do with the buyer, buyers solicitor and the housing was above and beyond. I would recommend Fraser Stretton to anyone selling a property.

These guys are absolutely rubbish. They come across all helpful etc, but in reality they provide a rubbish service & can be quite rude. They are all for gazumping, withholding offers and messing people about, which they explained is perfectly legal and acceptable, apparently??. I will never buy or sell any properties with them, I will never waste anymore time on them. Oh and "helpful harry" & his sidekick Charlie are both an absolute waste of oxygen. You could spend days calling, txing, leaving voicemails and even sending emails and get nothing back apart from being totally ignored. I'd rate this estate agent as bad as connells and recommend anyone and everyone should avoid them like the plague.

I employed Fraser Stretton because they were local and should know the area.
I was not impressed by their draft property description. I needed to change substantially. They neglected to mention the solar panels. They used an old energy certificate, grade C. Turns out with solar panels should have been B and 88%.
When they said they had posted the property I could not see it. Appeared on Rightmove a few days later.
When I queried why it was not appearing on a local site I received no reply or explanation. I wrote again and no reply.
Over a week after requesting the property be removed from sale it was still on Rightmove and the for sale sign was still in front if the property. Had to ask them again to remove the property from sale. They finaly acknowledged by sending a possible bill.
My personal opinion.
A completely amateurish operation.

Can’t thank these guys enough for their professionalism, attention to detail and how smoothly the process went. Elise originally took the viewing booking and also gave me a reminder courtesy call to confirm closer to the time. At the viewing Sofie was very professional and explained everything in great detail. I think it was harry that started the negotiations with the landlord then Xenia the branch manager took over when she was back from annual leave. Xenia communicated with me via email and phone and was extremely prompt with her replies and also explained everything in detail was able to get all the references and checks done in just a few days. Very happy especially after having a really bad experience with the last letting agency I was with. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Very happy.

If they say they are going to get back to you they do. As a landlord the best letting agent i have dealt with and the awards they have are not a surprise. If they are that good with me, I'm sure prospective tenants equally get this level of service. Xenia, Narinder and Jaz are all excellent at what they do. Their advise and guidance is always spot on, and to date they have not let me or my tenants down. If your looking for an estate & letting agent, it's definitely worth consider Fraser Stretton.

This is by far the worse company i have ever came across. Took money for works that never got undertaken.
In the end we got it back.
They come across as professional and they say they will only be a phone call away if any problems occur.
What a joke, the problems just kept coming and coming and there almost impossible to contact.
In the end we had to seek legal advice from The Property Ombudsman and after a long year we got all clients money back.

Watch out traders they don't pay there invoices.with our sister company they made us to wait until there landlords have paid them, then once the landlord pays they held our payment back for a further couple weeks but still didn't pay in full.yet to payed in full after nearly 2 month. Edit.we've never met this landlord.invoice was sent on 20/12/22.Still not payed 14/02/2023

Horrible service for renters. Despite all payments being made promptly by us, maintenance issues that were reported in good time were never dealt with (despite these issues causing damage to the house) and we have been waiting for a month for our deposit to be returned.
We left the house in perfect condition and returned keys on time, and there were no issues that needed to be fixed that might have needed a deduction from the deposit.
When a deposit for the next property has been paid and the return of the previous one plugs that hole, it’s very unreasonable to make anyone wait any longer than needed.
I know it’s hard to avoid an estate agent - if they’re dealing with the property you want, you have to work with them. But if you’re torn between two places and one isn’t represented by this company, go for that one.

This company is not a trusted company or the people. I don’t believe they have the professional approach for both seller side and buyer side. It might be because of that they are mostly dealing with lettings and they don’t have enough experience on selling. I don’t believe the comments here on Google are genuine and also only few comments available. I will complain them to google because I believe that these are fake comments as well. They don’t follow up and be kind with the customer and that makes the potential buyer discouraged and makes landlord to loose money and time. They’ve missed the best option by not approaching professionally to their customers. Maybe it is caused by the people I was dealing with. Harry Hennessy and Neal from the Company never updated and replied to our questions and their comments and knowledge about the market was just like anyone could make. They play the ghost interestingly and they believe this is a smart way of selling the property :). In the last deal, it caused landlord to loose at least 30-50K and to waste months. I’d never choose this company as a landlord as their approach and relationships are problematic and they don’t know how to behave potential buyers and landlords. But for lettings, they can handle as they are small thinkers and they are only after the small calculations.

I would give 10 stars if permitted. I would highly recommend this Estate Agent. Their representative Xenia was very proffessional, efficient, clear, helpful and polite. My property was let within a week of handing over the keys. They provide excellent communication, feedback and service from start to finish. She was professional and friendly at all times and most importantly good at what they do. I am extremely happy and thankful, particularly to Xenia.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Renting my house through these cowboys cost me £10k in lost rent and damage. They recommended tenants who set up a professional cannabis grow op in 2 bedrooms, stopped paying rent after 3 months.

I was passed over to the lettings business by my previous agent, my first contact was Narinder and I enjoyed my experiences with Confidence that relationship would be ok.
I am hoping that Narinder is doing some nice because I have been left in the capable hands of Jaz, Xenia and Lucy.
Have had problems but nothing out of the ordinary, not looking to move agents and will leave sale with The Lettings & Sales Business.

I called The Lettings Business as i was looking for a house to rent but had . Nariender, Jas and Xiena and team went above and beyond to find a house for us. The kept us in a loop every step of the way and ensured that our move was smooth, after we moved in we had some issues with very saall things. One phone call to the The Letting's Business Team the isssue was resolved with minutes and the maintenance team came the same day. The service from the lettings business is second to none and i would recommend the lettings business to anyone wanted to rent or use them to rent your property

Where to start! I've decided to leave this as a warning for any unfortunate soul who considers going with these people. Do yourselves a favour and avoid like the plague! Less than two weeks before me and my partner were due to move into our new flat we had a very brief phone call informing us that we could not move in as work needed doing to the mould and damp that was an ongoing problem at the property. (Its worth noting that prior to this i had not been informed by the letting agents of this problem) a huge inconvenience that left me and my partner with nowhere to live at christmas! Not that anyone seemed to care, but i was assured it would be freshly painted throughout, new carpets throughout and new skirting board throughout. So all in all perhaps worth the extra few weeks and thankfully we were able to stay at my parents in the mean time, however i dread to think what may have happened to us if we couldn't... i would like to know why on earth this property was ever advertised to let when it was uninhabitable due to mould and damp? Not only that but they were happy to accept my deposit in full and sign a tenancy agreement, knowing that this work needed doing? Anyway time passes and we hear absolutely nothing from the lettings business so i decide to try and get in touch to find out some information regarding what exactly was going on. After much probing i discovered that i was initially lied to (perhaps to keep me quiet) all this fresh paint e.t.c was just to the 'affected areas' and not throughout as originally told. Why this would take 6 weeks who knows? After being messed around, left homeless at christmas, spoken to like sh*t i was obviously not happy! I made several complaints to the company. I then recieved a phone call the following morning, they have shown these complaints to the owner of the building Ross estates who instructed the estate agents to terminate our contract. Am i wrong to believe that a signed and dated tenancy agreement is legally binding? They had recieved our deposit in full also. In the end i was made to basically grovel for somewhere to live! Before i came to my senses and agreed to just walk away as it hit me. Why on earth would i want to be at the mercy of people like that? Not only have they demonstrated that they don't give two f*cks about throwing people out on the street (even if it is christmas) but they have no qualms breaking the law and were very quick to try and just rip up our tenancy agreement. Seriously do yourself a favour and stay far away from these vultures.
Contrary to the response that has been left, there was no attempt to offer any solution or even a suggestion what so ever! It was very much well that's that, like it or F off. The sheer incompetence of everyone who i had to deal with was outstanding.
