I've known Hardeep for years and she dealt with my buy to let properties when she was a mortgage adviser and she was amazing. I realised that when she was at Fine & Country every time I asked for her no one put the call through I was trying to buy a property on Barrington Road and it was very disappointing that Harry told me Hardeep wasn't available. She had so much more experience than Harry. I was an investor and I'll never deal with F&C again but I'm sure she's in good hands with you now. I only want to deal with Hardeep and Focus.

I gotta say the team at Focus went over and beyond the normal level of service I have experienced in the past with other agents to sell my property in a difficult, changing and volatile market. Meg and Glen brought new ideas and concepts which enabled me to get a good price for my home and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Mahoosive thank you to the Focus team and I can wholeheartedly say to anyone looking to sell in the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland to give these guys a call first, Thank you guys!!

A delightful company to work for. They truly care about their clients whether you are a buyer, seller or renter. They are very personable and professional. They are different to other agents they have a certain je ne sais quoi . I worked for them because they are very different to any other agent. They are genuine and honest they have a duty to care to all clients. I am proud to say I worked for them.

Glen and his team were great throughout our year long stay at his properties. They had quick communication, listened to and acted on any concerns (such as fixing issues with our garden). All members of the team were very easy to get along with… myself and my 2 housemates would definitely recommend ????????

The team kept us updated every step of the way and were very responsive to queries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and would give six stars if I could.

The team at focus are friendly, helpful, and professional. Any queries or concerns are always answered and resolutions are provided. Glen and the team are always going above and beyond - collecting our parcels and ensuring we are safe and secure throughout the academic year ??as a female student it is nice to know you are in a safe location with great support nearby - couldn’t recommend focus enough! ????

We have stayed in a student property under Focus for the last 2 years and have nothing but nice words to say - Glen goes above and beyond to make sure any queries we have are answered and ensures everything regarding renting as a student is as simple and stress free as possible. The rest of the team are equally as lovely and friendly - always happy to help with any questions or favours we need when staying over the academic year - really recommended using Focus if you are a student looking to rent somewhere clean, professional and safe! ????

I was in a property with them as a student along with two others for a year, Glen is rude, and unprofessional to say he runs the show. His lack of culpability in his part for the problematic correspondence he provides as well as the blatant disregard for his tenants.
We had problems since the move in date, again his in ability to communicate and provide the correct information when necessary leaving us for weeks to wonder what was going on at the time of move in. Upon leaving his snide comments when handing keys back were unnecessary and the way he disregards attempts to communicate with condescending replies treating you like a child and foolish just because we are students.
I have also heard other stories from students who have rented under his company that are similar and advocate for the companies inability to problem solve and communicate with us students where necessary.
I would not recommend anyone use them or go anywhere near them when attempting to use them as agents.

I rang this morning to speak to an agent regarding a property To Let. I was asked questions regarding how many people were hoping to stay in the property which was fine and professional and I had no issue with that as that’s her job. However, I spoke about my living arrangements to the agent and asked if she could speak to the landlord and for her to call me back. She however scoffed and was very adamant on how I should be living and became rude and unprofessional. I politely asked for her name which she didn’t offer back as I wanted to speak to another agent as I found she was being very rude. I also mentioned she was being rude and so she scoffed and cut the phone mid conversation. (There should be a recording for training purposes to show I’m not lying and that your customer service should be improved). I understand my living arrangements is not something the landlord would be happy with but this could have been advised nicely and in a professional manner.
Saying this, she rang me back a minute later (which I was happy about) but again was spoken rudely to. She asked me if I was available at 3 30 (guessing she spoke to the landlord and he was okay with the living arrangements). However I asked her where she was calling from and what her name was as she didn’t mention that once I answered. I then declined the offer for a house which I was very excited to see, all because Dee had poor customer service.
I’ve seen good reviews with a lady named Glen which I now hope would have had the pleasure of speaking to instead. I’m surprised an agent could be that rude and unprofessional. If you could please train certain members of staff that would be very beneficial for your company. I’m surprised and saddened by the conversation I had with her.

Could not recommend highly enough! Me and my partner were in a rush to move in within a extremely short space of time and thanks to the help of Focus Property Sales and especially Miglena they made this possible and I can't thank them enough. They made it possible, remained in constant communication and were ever patient with my constant nagging. Would highly recommend!
