We used Gilbert Scott as they were based in Wall Heath where we were planning to move and also because they were very competitively priced. Richard was worth every penny and I would recommend Gilbert Scott to anyone. We ended up moving house to a completely different area but Richard was on hand regardless of the problem. Whether it was Richards role or not, he would help out in anyway he could and was contactable at all times throughout the day. From the very beginning where Richard took expert photographs of our house right through to moving day, Richard had everything under control and ensured everything ran smoothly. Couldn't think of a single negative, 10/10!

I have used Gilbert Scott as a managing agent for rental properties for a couple of years now. Very reasonable fees and a first class service given to both myself as landlord and to my tenants ...nothing is too much trouble. Communication is excellant and Richard is very personable..his knowledge is the best.

I chose Gilbert Scott as my preferred estate agent and met Richard. Words cannot express how amazingly helpful Richard was from start to finish with my house move. Richard gives a completely personal touch to the whole proceedings - he helped me with everything from finding the best property to questions on form filling from solicitors, he reassured me all through the process and was never to busy to answer my calls. Richard's service was totally above and beyond my expectations - I was truly delighted with his dedication.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gilbert Scott, as an outstanding estate agent - it was an excellent experience.

My property was advertised and sold within 5 days, Richard was always available to speak to and offer advice which I was very grateful for. Although the property we were purchasing didn't go ahead, through no fault of Gilbert Scott, we found this estate agent to be very good indeed. Richard, was an absolute star, very professional, helpful and went above and beyond in his dealings with us.
