24th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)Poor performance under sold my house wanted to drop the price by £25k went to another agent sold it within a week at the original price disgusting service should be ashamed, the property was completed and although I drop the price I didn’t drop the price that you said it was worth to my ex wife’s solicitor didn’t have the decency to send the same letter to me this is why you were sacked as it became clear you were not working in my best interest

Although I have already sold we spoke about what connells do differently to other agents and I let him know that I would have been more than happy if he was the person selling my house. Will give the number on the card a call if i need.

The team are incredibly efficient and professional, making what is usually a stressful process feel like a breeze. They handled every detail with precision, responded to my queries almost instantly, and demonstrated a level of expertise that really sets them apart. If you want a letting agency that actually gets things done without the typical delays, I can’t recommend them enough!"

Right from the start, from viewing the property with the lovely Melissa then through to completion, the whole process was made as smooth as possible. Sara worked tirelessly to chase solicitors etc. and to push for a quick completion. I would highly recommend MECS Sales & Lettings and the team.

From the first day where she had accommodated us for a same day viewing all the way to the key handover today, we have been incredibly pleased with all the hard work and attentiveness. It definitely puts us at ease as moving is already stressful at the best of times. Special mention to Elton too as he was very helpful to speak to over the phone and when viewing the property a second time.

Excellent service from OPA, particularly Zara Thomas who heads up the investment division. Very professional, honest and helpful. She will tell you her honest advice and opinion and she goes out of her way to make sure everything goes through. OPA are not sales people, they genuinely want you to have a good investment. We were cautious at first but have had superb experience. We are saving up now for our next one. We would recommend Zara & OPA to anyone considering buying.
