I had a viewing booked with this agency yesterday at 4 p.m., but no one from their team showed up. We waited for 30 minutes, tried calling their office several times, and got no response. We spent a lot of time traveling to the location and were left standing in bad weather for nothing. This was a completely unprofessional experience—by far the most irresponsible agency I’ve ever dealt with.

A fantastic service from start to finish. Whenever we had a question it was answered. If we had a problem it was solved in a timely manner. Communication was great and everyone was friendly and they helped us understand the process reducing any anxiety. We were also impressed with the handling of our property's social media presence. All in all I would strongly recommend Lee Shaw Patnership Kingswinford and top marks to Tracey who really impressed us with her all round professionalism.

the property was sold end of May. However this fell through because buyer
had not sufficient funds as he was relying on a grant which the council could not give a date when it would be offered. Therefore property put back on market.
As i had not moved in 46 years i felt (perhaps wrongly) that i could have had more updates.

Would highly recommend Lee Shaw Kingswinford for property sales. Our complicated chain was managed efficiently by the staff at the Kingswinford branch. All staff were professional, very helpful and knowledgable of the local property market. A particular mention needs to be given to Laura who was my main point of contact throughout the selling process. Laura’s calm approach to managing the chain and her effective communication throughout the process was a real bonus. Any queries or questions I had were dealt with efficiently by her and she liaised effectively with the other agents and solicitors involved in the chain to keep our sale moving. Having had recent dealings with a number of other local agents, I would, without hesitation, recommend Lee Shaw Kingswinford for anyone considering selling their property.

After waiting 15mins on hold to speak to a lady called Lizzie to then be cut off. Then making 3 attempts immediately after to call them I was told on the 4th attempt that Lizzie had gone out on an appointment. I was given the same excuse as I was when I tried to book an appointment “that the phones had gone down” (perhaps it would be a good idea to get those looked at).
I find this very rude and unprofessional. If they had told me that she had an appointment I would have called back at a more convenient time.
It’s called common curtesy. Needless to say I didn’t submit my offer on the property I viewed.

We have recently sold our home with Lee Shaw and have had a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Lizzie and the team were professional friendly and really understood the area and getting the right value for our home. We were over the moon with the professional photographs and do believe that this along with a wonderful description of the home and area helped to sell our home in record time.
The property we purchased was not a lee Shaw home, but what I found most helpful was the guidance that lizzie gave us when our home went to a closed bid, which we had never experienced before. This went above and beyond our expectations.
We found that the team kept all parties up to date well and lizzie herself made many calls to solicitors to keep us all on track for a timely completion.
I have already recommended Lee Shaw to friends, as having sold before with other local estate agents, I have found that Lee Shaw gave a service that was far superior than our previous experiences.

Almost rented a property through them. Their description of the property I almost rented was not just estate agent speak, it was dishonest. Described a room as being two bedrooms, simply because it had two doors going into it! Also guy who shows us round wasn't very knowledgeable and just referred us back to the office.
They were friendly enough though.
