We are very glad we chose GSC Grays as our agent. They were very professional with a good understanding of the local market. The costs were clearly communicated from the outset which wasn’t the case with some other agencies we contacted. Communication was excellent and they handled all negotiations well. We were kept well informed as the sale progressed. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I'm not usually in the habit of posting reviews on Google, but we recently bought a house in Boroughbridge through the local branch of GSC Grays. The service we received from Harriet and Amy was top class, with excellent communication around appointments, making the offer, arranging additional visits etc. In addition, having a central team in Barnard Castle to hand-hold once the offer had been accepted really helped the transaction to land smoothly. Picked up the keys today! Would definitely recommend them

Just as I had a wining bid and all of a sudden my details are not correct after I had 4 bids already.
This is 15 minutes before the auction ends.
Very bad experience.
Do not even waste your time with this company.
