We just had a great experience purchasing our new home from GSC Grays, Boroughbridge. Amie Lynch and her, team Annie, Marie, Kathryn and Vicky (and anyone else I've missed) did a fantastic job.
I would like to thank them for their hard work and diligence in aiding the completion of our house purchase in just 6 weeks. They worked tirelessly with the solicitors to achieve completion before the increase in stamp duty was implemented. They were helpful, efficient and professional at all times. Superb from start to finish.
Harriet and Zita were brilliant at their jobs, they advised us and supported us with all aspects of the sale of our house. They know the area extremely well and the market. I would highly recommend GSC Grays at Boroughbridge.
The conveyancing team were also very good and kept us informed as the sale progressed to completion. Thank you.

We are very glad we chose GSC Grays as our agent. They were very professional with a good understanding of the local market. The costs were clearly communicated from the outset which wasn’t the case with some other agencies we contacted. Communication was excellent and they handled all negotiations well. We were kept well informed as the sale progressed. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
