I have recently used the services of Harfitts of Wem to sell my late fathers property.
From the moment of initial contact with Alexandra Lusby, I knew she was the person who I wished to engage for this property sale as she was so good at explaining the process without using technical jargon. Throughout the sale process, she proved to be so knowledgeable, super-efficient and a true professional. She was always available to answer questions that arose and I can honestly say, she has excellent communication and advisory skills.
I would have no hesitation recommending the Harfitts team for any legal issues and/or property conveyancing. A one-stop-shop of solicitors and estate agents (which is very convenient) with a superb customer service ethos.

I first came across Harfitts when i needed a solicitor to get Power of Attorney when, when my husband developed dementia.
I never needed a solicitor before so i was very anxious, but i did not need to be, because lovely Lindsay put me at ease and she sorted everything out for me. Any other problems i had when my husband died she sorted that out with great kindness and efficiency.
Later on i was unfortunately scammed, so back up to Harfitts and Lindsay worked wonders, and i got all my money back.
Alexandra made me the best cup of tea i have had in ages.
So thanks so, so much Lindsay, Alexandra and the rest of the team at Harfitts for taking great care and looking after me.

I have recently moved house and my experience of Harfitt's solicitors in Wem have been exemplary. Alexandra Lusby, Chartered Legal Executive was very professional. Communication was excellent and the charges very fair. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.
