I cannot rate this company highly enough. Financial commitment is clear and agreed from the start. Once agreed Ashley and Dawn get the process moving quickly with exceptional communication all the way. Their marketing is super modern with use of professional photographer / videographer, using inside and outside shots and drone footage. Really showcased our flat in the best possible light and got a lot of attention and traction. They handled the negotiations with potential buyers very well, keeping us in the loop and following our guidance. We felt we were in very safe hands. The evidence was shown by the sale going through less than a week after the flat went on the market - and that in December!
