This is the worst agency I have ever encountered. They provide some of the worst services, and I would never recommend them to anyone. On the day of the viewing, I received a reminder text before the viewing itself, but on the very same day, I received an email cancelling the viewing . This has happened multiple times to me. I found this apartment online at Pavilion and phoned and Sally answered the call and i told her of my brothers predicament and she could not do enough to help them get settled into a beautiful property.
