To anyone contemplating using this company to rent your property or to rent a property though them I strongly urge you to reconsider. I was renting a property with them for 6 months, 6 months of hell. Just to name a few things, their communication with us regarding repairs to the property was poor, they would show up randomly and let themselves into the house without written warning, they made "rules" about no drinking in the common areas and to top it all off we were nearly evicted as our house was not appropriately equipt with fire door and fire alarms. When the fire department stormed into our house on a Sunday afternoon demanding we leave without having any where for us to go and, as usual, our agents where complely uncontactable. After several hours of trying to get hold of someone, their response to us was that it was "not an emergency and to not call this number again". Having spent 6 months in one of their properties and almost sending them to court to get my bond back I am glad to see the end of them. I cannot stress this enough!!
