Excellent customer service! Hills quickly sold my property and have provided a personal experience in helping me find another suitable property. The whole team have been professional and attentive from the first conversation I had with them making such a stressful event quite an easy transaction. Special thanks to Hollie who has overseen the sale of my property and who had personally accompanied me in every viewing I have asked for - she’s a absolute star! Thanks to the amazing team at Hills and Hollie!
Unless you want to be lied to, deceived and ripped off then I would completely avoid this company. They never answer their calls and when they eventually do get back to you they lie about offers that they have had on a property to deceive you into buying a property at a higher price. This was proved when my partner put in an offer for a house to which the estate agent told him there had already been 3 other offers at higher prices, my mother then contacted them the next day and asked about the house and they stated that they had only had one offer on the house (my partner's!!) thus proving them liars! there's absolutely no customer care here it is literally all about them getting as much money out of you as they can! I'd go with Bridgefords if I were you, at least they answer the phone.

Wasted my time and money.
I planned to take a day off work and drove an 8hr round trip to view a property. The agent seemed like he was in such a rush and couldn't get me out fast enough. He did not seemed bothered at all.
After being told that our offer was accepted and they would take the house off the market once we paid for a surveyor to view the property and once we got a AIP.
We sent the surveyor in and they day we were going to get the report back and AIP, we were told that we had been outbid and we would have to increase our offer, even though the people who put the new offer in didn't even have a surveyors report.
Not only did I waste my time and money, the agent took his sweet time replying to our emails and didn't even answer all our questions.
This is not an agent I will deal with again in the future.
My son and his girlfriend have recently moved to Manchester and are renting a property with Jordan Fishwick and I can honestly say the service we have received has been fab - a big thank you to Alex, Alex and Lisa for all of your help !

I don’t even know where to begin with.
While they knew I was pregnant they rented me a place full of humidity and that it’s just not right.
they said it was cleaned by professionals and it was dirtier then I could possibly explain...
holes on the floor full of spiders and different types of bugs
Curtains falling on the floor making holes on the walls.
It took them weeks to just sort out the boiler.
I have been waiting for almost 2 months for them to sort out the rest of the issues and they couldn’t care less.
The landlord lady promises things and then she takes it back...
I don’t know who is worse Jordan Fishwick or this lady that is hiding behind them....
I’m sure that it doesn’t matter how many bad reviews we put they won’t change anything because they don’t care...
that’s why their reviews and stars are 2 out of 5 but please people make sure YOU don’t trust them and never rent from them. Just because they won’t help you the way an agency supposed to.
Hannah really did a great job and went out of her way to make sure that all queries were resolved between agents and the management company of the apartments so we could complete on time.
This is the worst letting experience I have had in my life. For two years they did not do needed repairs in the property, despite our constant requests. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from these people. I wish I could give them less than a star.

Incompetent and dishonest.
I know to many a good letting agent is an oxymoron but I would strongly warn against letting through Thornley Groves in particular as they are the worst I've ever dealt with.
They failed to record any of the conversations or works orders for our flat and so denied knowledge of their contractor taking any broken items from the apartment. They therefore dishonestly took money from our deposit for these items - after significant hard work and many lost hours our appeal to the TDS found in our favour so we were eventually reunited with our £65 withheld deposit. If you are unlucky enough to already be a customer of theirs, record everything in emails and writing as they will not. I would go as far as suggesting recording phone conversations (with their blessing).
We would suggest not cleaning your property before moving out as no matter how deep the clean, Thornley Groves will find some reason to charge you for another. In our case this included leaving unopened hand soap next to the sink for the next tenant and failing to clean the inside of the washing machine drawer. Speaking of the washing machine, this was advertised to us as a washer-dryer when we were guided around the property by one of Thornley Groves' agents - this was a barefaced lie.
They are not at all interested in acting on the tenant's behalf and are solely interested in the landlord's business. They are incredibly slow to act to resolve issues with properties (including no running hot water in bathroom) and have a high level of staff turnover meaning any relationships you strike up with their staff end very quickly.
Very poor service - AVOID!!!!!
