She stayed in touch throughout, arranged viewings, and supported me every step of the way. After I found a place I liked and went for a viewing, she clearly explained all the next steps I needed to take. Whenever I had questions, she was always patient and took the time to answer everything in detail. It didn’t matter if I emailed or called—she always responded promptly and was very supportive. From booking the initial viewing through to collecting the keys, the whole process was smooth, well organised and stress free. Communication was excellent throughout. I was always kept informed, and it never felt like a chore to pick up the phone with any questions. A special thank you to Louise, who conducted our viewing and supported us every step of the way. She was consistently approachable, knowledgeable and proactive in keeping us updated. Louise took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. The team was professional, friendly, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and providing clear guidance along the way. Their communication was outstanding, with quick responses to any questions and a genuine willingness to help. The attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service really stood out. I would highly recommend Leaders Fallowfield to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting and estate agent. A truly five-star experience!

4th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Alexander went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was always quick to answer questions, kept me well informed, and showed real care in making sure everything was handled properly. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and approachable in this industry. The whole experience felt efficient and well-managed, and I always felt supported at every step. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile, I would definitely recommend Parkes—and especially Alexander.

We had a huge amount of interest immediately, leading to plenty of viewings and several offers within days. A brilliant experience all round!

She was incredibly helpful, guiding us every step of the way and making what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Yasmin was always quick to respond to emails, often replying almost immediately and providing clear, helpful feedback. Whenever we had a request, she handled it promptly and did her very best to ensure everything was sorted efficiently. Her dedication really showed as she supported us through all the referencing and checks right up until the keys were handed over. She was consistently friendly, approachable, and professional, which made the whole journey much easier and far less stressful for us. 1st May 2026 (3 days ago)They pushed me to sell a property within their estate agency when they were on A6,then they sold it for far far more than i got( ok,they have refurbished it) but it was an inside job.So make sure they don't do this to you.

Should have just gone with them in the first place. Would not hesitate to use them again. The photos were better, the communication was perfect and the viewings that they arranged were all in proceedable positions. Lovely ladies
