Over the years I have dealt with Homes4u I have received a fantastic service from Manager Tarin and the Fallowfield branch manager Stephen. Always professional and can be guaranteed to deal with any landlord query promptly. Refreshing to see an organised agency who you can rely on.
Terrible agents to work with, difficult to get hold of without going to the shop in person, slow to answer to any correspondence and to fix issues in the house. Prospective tenants should definitely avoid.
Ever since Martin valued and measured our home to the final viewing with Charlotte on our new home and the many phone calls, Hills have done themselves proud and made the whole buying and selling process a stress free experience. Comminication between all parties has been great and theres always someone available to provide answers. I would definitely recommend Hills as everything is done for you at a very reasonable price.
Unfortunately couldn't recommend, no evening viewings, I was told the office closes at 5.30pm and people could have time off work if they wish to view a house. Weekend viewing is booked up 2 weeks in advance. I wouldn't have thought this was useful to vendors or prospective buyers. In a competitive market I would expect better customer service. If I was a manager with this company I would be making changes
Fantastic service, staff who all know what they are doing, especially Bella & Mike who were very professional, focused and friendly. 33 viewings in the first week and accepted one of 11 offers for £15,000 over the asking price, I was literally gobsmacked!!!! Definitely recommend ????

Worst experience ever as a tenant. I see all 5/5 from landlords/owners. But if you considering renting a property stay away from bridgefords swinton. Especially from Mr James whom I need to deal with. It's 3 months without letting agreement, can't sort one thing I asked for aswell. Property was dirty, bins were full, and there was no electricity on first day we moved in. Our agent didn't had any idea about house and didn't prepared himself for the job. If the situation going to stay that way I will definitely move out by the end of first 6 month contract (that we didn't received yet).
I am a pleased tenant of Reedsrain since I rented one of the properties with the help of Haleema Sarwar who has been very professional and responsive every time there are reported faults, she always make sure repairs are attended promptly and never missed a quarterly inspection. I am a satisfied tenant and appreciate her customer service skills.

Wasted my time and money.
I planned to take a day off work and drove an 8hr round trip to view a property. The agent seemed like he was in such a rush and couldn't get me out fast enough. He did not seemed bothered at all.
After being told that our offer was accepted and they would take the house off the market once we paid for a surveyor to view the property and once we got a AIP.
We sent the surveyor in and they day we were going to get the report back and AIP, we were told that we had been outbid and we would have to increase our offer, even though the people who put the new offer in didn't even have a surveyors report.
Not only did I waste my time and money, the agent took his sweet time replying to our emails and didn't even answer all our questions.
This is not an agent I will deal with again in the future.
Rachel from Aubrey Lee was absolutely amazing. She helped us get a great deal whilst we were struggling and we are more than happy with the outcome. The agency worked fast and got us an amazing deal in less than a couple weeks, we are very pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking to rent to buy!
This is by far the worst estate agent that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From not showing up for viewings, ridiculous fees and disgracefully rude staff. I will never ever consider renting a property from these cowboys. STAY AWAY!!!!
My wife and I have used Jordan Fishwick estate agents twice now.
The first time was in 2012 when they found us a buyer for our flat much faster then we expected and then managed the buyers expectations when he started pressing us to complete before we had found a new flat to buy.
The second time in 2018 they again found us a buyer in pretty quick time and then really put effort into getting the laid-back buyer and his solicitor over the completion line. They even convinced our buyer to raise his offer!

If the other reviews aren't enough to warn you - not only did they never fix anything which left my kitchen with a brown water leakage on the counter (1-2 pints a day) from upstairs that their contractor said it's probably from the upstairs toilet for weeks, when they DO decide to fix it they will come in your house UNANNOUNCED. Check your emails after 5pm every day to avoid surprise visitors in your house. I suffer from PTSD, absolutely no consideration about my rights to live undisturbed/consideration how you'd feel with a stranger coming in your house with close to no warning.
They told me they'll come in 3 times and didn't show up and then a man entered my house without a warning. No calls, no knocks, no letters.
