17th Apr 2025 (7 days ago)Diana and the team were very responsive, always came back to me promptly and kept me up to date with the viewings booked in, how they went and the status of the offers. Northwood were cheaper than a couple of other estate agents I tried but I settled on Northwood due to their responsiveness and the service they provided. Their valuation of the property was also lower than the other estate agents but after discussing this, they agreed to put the property on at the slightly higher value and we achieved the sale price quickly.

They waste your time ,money and just give you headache. If there's is option of giving zero 0 star rating I would give that. Ridiculous people working over there they never rcv ur call. And after holding money they still viewing that property to other people. 18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

31st Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)Naomi, the manager took over £300 from my deposit for no justified reasons. Balcony something broke due to weather, on me. Dirty mattress prior, i used topper, still charged. Cleaning and oven cleaning over £100. Many things where X1 will need to cover for maintenance but they'll finesse tenants and make them liable.
20th Apr 2025 (4 days ago)The refund process was handled efficiently. I just filled out a form and then after a few days, of waiting, the money was back in my account. I am impressed of the hassle free experience.
