Our cottage was immaculately presented. Couldn't ask for more. It's the little touches that make a good holiday. Spotlessly clean, welcome pack is also a nice touch. Will certainly use this company again. Would thoroughly recommend ????????

Stayed at Greystones in Lyme Regis, a couple of minutes from the town, halfway up a hill, which wasn't a problem. Great house, very roomy, lovely views, everything provided. We had an issue with a shower, which was dealt with very quickly, after a call to the office. I would definitely stay there again, or any other of their properties.
Adequate parking at the rear, for both the flat and the house, but be aware, we had an issue with a local resident using it too, which did then cause a problem for both properties!! Park strategically.

My family summer holiday was cancelled at the last minute. Since they didn't own the property (they are just letting agents), they just said that it was the landlord's problem not theirs. I received no refund so I'm having to take them to court to get a refund and compensation. Note that they are not members of ABTA, so this could happen to you too if you book through them.

We had a wonderful time in Lyme Regis and a big part of that experience was the excellent accommodation. We stayed at Sandpiper, which is a lovely house with the most incredible view out to the sea. Perfectly located close to the beach and all amenities. The house itself has great facilities, is so well kept and comfortable to stay in. I would thoroughly recommend Lyme Bay holidays, this particular accommodation and Lyme Regis in general for anyone who wants to visit Dorset.

We enjoyed our week staying in a Lyme Bay Holidays property. We were in the Gatehouse in Axmouth and could not have been more pleased with the standard of the interior, the size, and the garden. It is very quiet, too! A 10-minutes walk took us to pubs or a convenient bus station. It's otherwise well positioned for walking holidays both coastal and rural. Would love to return!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
DON’T GET YOURSELF STUCK IN WITH THIS COMPANY, VERY ABRUPT AND UNRELIABLE - THEY CANCELLED OUR BOOKING A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE START OF OUR HOLIDAY, WITH NO REASON, AND LEFT US STRANDED.

Would not recommend this company, we where cancelled 4 days before our booked holiday, when asked why we where told that our refund has already been issued, on discussion very abrupt and wasn't prepared to enter discussion!
Honestly don't ruin your holiday!

Holiday booking cancelled due to lock down , completely understandable, however the company refuses to refund our deposit , they stated in an email, pandemics are not covered in there terms and conditions !!.
When business is back to normal will have to pursue refund through the bank .
Left a very bad taste I'm afraid.
Would not use again .

Great service from Lyme Bay Holidays. Easy to book and very helpful with information. Nothing too much trouble. Lots of clear instruction and directions. Very flexible. We wanted to come a day earlier, which was no problem and able to get into cottage earlier also. Easy key pick up. Had small problem with boiler and couldn't have been more helpful. Sorted into time. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent holiday rentals. We stayed at Riverside Cottages. A functional holiday let, not a home. Was fine, and relatively clean, all the facilities you would require. Lost a star because a) garden really shabby, certainly not one I would want to sit in, and b) feedback in visitors book consistently ignored ie double bed is so low virtually on floor, and every time a car passes the tv cuts out - both points raised many times!

Great Bungalow a few minutes walk from the beach and cob. Nothing particularly special but tidy and clean with all the essentials in a fab location. Lettings staff very knowledgeable and helpful will definitely use them again

Wish I was still there to be honest,we stayed a week in a Lyme Bay apartment on Broad Street, the View from this place was to die for,we could see the sea from virtually every window,there was the odd fault with this place ,but I'm not even going to mention them,yes the view was that awesome, can't wait to rent again.

Go privately and avoid the inevitable problems. The cottage we stayed at was lovely but this management company were sadly not. Not very helpful, poor/unrealistic descriptions of the house, unwilling to help with issues and impossible to get a response from.

We stayed at 7 seven steps in lyme regis. How was lovely. Well managed, clean and good accommodation. Only issue is it's at top of hill and parking on such steep incline is precarious. My g.daughters car rolled down the drive a little. The into town and back is not suitable if you can't climb steep hills.

Sunny beach is a delight. Immaculately clean and very well equipped, providing absolutely everything you could ever need on your holiday. The views are amazing and its really hard to imagine a better positioned property. Additionally the staff at Lyme Bay Holidays are the most accommodating and nothing is to much trouble. Highly recommend this company and property.

Lyme bay holidays , get a 3 star due to the cleaning of the properties . The staff at the base unit are fab and are very attentive to any problems. I have been renting with Lyme Bay Holidays for over 10 years. I have noticed the cleaning of the properties are not up to scratch for the prices they charge. I now always go into the property(same property l rented for 7 years) and yes the spider webs on ceiling are awful, l get hoover out and clean it up before l really unpack. I have just got used to doing it now, and whilst l have been on holiday for two weeks l watch the cleaners come in when people leave after a week, they are not in the property for more than 20mins, whether they out source the cleaning company or don't pay them enough to really care for customer service, one dose not know.
This is the main down point for Lyme Bay Holidays, it would be nice if they sorted that out. Oh how l don't love hoovering my property on my first day of arrival.

Stayed at a property in West Bay recently. Car was damaged on car park. Contact at the company was helpful and gave us the telephone number of Property Management Company so we could chase up CCTV images. However, Pinnacle Property Management informed us that the camera was a dummy. No way of checking the authenticity of this, so stuck with repair bill.

When we turned up the house was filthy which was just the start of the problems, nobody wanted to take responsibility for the cleanliness of the place we rented. Resulting in us not only having a bad holiday, but spending time trying to get a refund of any description. Theyve got too big for their boots and taken their eyes of the ball. Theyre not bothered by repeat custom clearly. We would never use them again.
