Very friendly honest hardworking staff they are brilliant with helping customers and hasn't failed to keep customers happy. Unlike champion Holmes, Richardson Gill listen and help in any way they can they are not rude towards their customers and treat them with utter respect .

The staff are friendly but the owners (especially Andy Richardson) were rude, unhelpful and extremely childish.
We were all set to sign for a property and their (lack of) customer service made us change our minds.
If you want to sell or rent, go somewhere else.

Totally incompetent and complete scammers. They charge fees for doing absolutely nothing; example: 125 pounds for renewing your lease when the lease automatically re-news itself. They wanted my accounts for insurance purposes, which I refused to give them and somehow they managed to gain insurance without me satisfying the criteria. Perhaps the insurance company (Homelet Insurance) and the Fraud Squad should look into this as I would be more than willing to assist fully with their investigations. The manager (Andy) also tells lies and makes totally false accusations. They also get their own employees to leave positive feedback (see other comments). Pathetic creeps. I would strongly advise any tenant or landlord to NOT use Palmer Snell. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!! Unless you enjoy being totally screwed by complete scammers. Fortunately I have a brilliant landlord who has seen what a bunch of crooks Palmer Snell are, and has fired the worthless cretins.
