Having a much needed night away from the kiddies, and Birthday treat from my hubby. We found Home Lodge to be a lovely and peaceful place to relax. With a bar and restaurant right next door, and a nature reserve right across the road. This was the perfect place to just de-stress and relax. The Gardens are lovely, giving it a cozy feel. Our room was clean and well decorated. With everything we needed. Even a Roku TV so we could just log in, relax and catch up. I really liked that the owners have opted for sustainability, with refill soaps, shampoo, recycling and locally sourced items for the breakfast, like fresh bread and milk. The owners were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Offering advice on the local area and giving us suggestions on places to eat. Shame we were only there for one night, but this is definitely a place we will want to visit again.

We stayed at Home Farm and Lodge for one night only, but we'd love to return for longer when we have the time. ||Everything you could need was provided in a relatively small space. That didn't mean that it was cramped or uncomfortable! The room was stylishly laid out with a separate, very comfy, seating area. Everything was spotlessly clean! I'm a clean freak and was very happy with the standard! The bed was comfortable, with good quality bedding. The bathroom was spacious with copious hot water. There was also a small, well equipped kitchen area. ||Overall a very comfortable stop.

An absolutely idyllic place to stay. You always get a wonderful warm welcome upon your arrival. Spotlessly clean and cosy. Perfect in every way.

Did an overnight stay here in our campervan recently. Lovely little spot to get away. Owners very welcoming and helpful. Pub at side of site also highly recommended! Will definitely be returning in future

I stayed here for 1 night on a business trip and was not disappointed. The owners, Richard and Kerry are outstanding and cant do enough for you. The room I was in was very large, had a comfy bed, sitting table, living area and great shower room. There was fresh bread, milk and fruit in the room which made it so easy for breakfast in the morning. The only disappointment I had was not getting there earlier for a good look around :-). Highly recommended!

The lodges are beautiful and Kerry is so welcoming.

Eggs are a must to take home .....so tasty.

What a gorgeous place. We had room 4. I really enjoyed it because there was a piano and played for a few hours just because I could. The owner was also very helpful with information.

What lovely place this is.
We stayed here for the first time on Saturday 8th of October.
On arrival we were greeted by Richard,with a warm welcome he even showed us around a few other
rooms.We we're staying in room 6 which was lovely,the rooms have everything you need. They were spotless. Would highly recommend home farm and lodge wish we had known about it sooner.
Kerry and Richard are very lovely friendly people. Can't wait to return which is very soon.

Sehr niedliche geschmackvolle gepflegte Anlage. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Wir haben für eine Übernachtung gebucht. Und haben ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus voll nach unseren Geschmack bekommen. Küche mit vielen leckeren Köstlichkeiten und sogar getrennten Abfall.Bad mit Bio Kosmetikprodukten der Umwelt zu Liebe. Wohnzimmer mit Klavier, Tochter war sofort begeistert. Schlafraum einfach schön zum träumen. Vielen Dank wir haben uns heimisch gefühlt. Weiterzuempfehlen????

Friendly family run business. Beautiful cottages, excellent parking facilities. Nothing too much trouble for hosts to help with.

An overnight stay for 3 of us. Beautiful apartment in lovely grounds. The house was very clean and well equipped. We were met on arrival and made to feel very welcome.

First night of my 2 day stay completed - this place is wonderful.
Clean, quiet, fantastic rooms.
Also nice to find a place to stay where it genuinely feels like owners care about the environment.
This will now be my first choice location to stay when I am up this way in the future. The only reason to not recommend it would be a fear that it was fully booked when you wanted it!
Kerry and Richard the owners have done a fabulous job.
