From the moment that Shaun walked into my late parents’ home to value it, my boyfriend and I knew he was the right estate agent to go with. From the beginning to the end, Shaun was friendly, honest, upfront and very respectful of the difficult time I was going through after losing my mother. As I live in London and couldn’t be at the house often, Shaun would go the extra mile to check on it, organise and supervise repairs after a leak was discovered and even returned to the property after the sale had taken place to collect some belongings that I left behind that had huge sentimental value. Fantastic service from Shawn and Matt, we were looking for a bungalow for a relative to move into, we were stuck between a house and a bungalow, but couldn't really find the one that suited. Left in a couple of months, then out the blue Shawn rings and advises a bungalow was coming on the market that he thought would suit. Have to say he was spot on, really glad they listened to what we required and also listened when shown properties of what we didn't. Would recommend them every day of the week. As always Solicitors take far too long to push these things through, but pushing from all sides got us over the line and the purchase all done, just a shame that the solicitors took so long that put us around 4 weeks behind, so Christmas was upon us before we could arrange bathrooms etc. All going ahead now, fingers crossed, should be in by beginning of Feb.
