If I could rate them no stars I would. They are unprofessional, incompetent and STEALING people’s money. The owner Shahed and his accomplice Foysal are thieves. They owe me over £11k and counting. Stay away from them or you will end up in a legal battle.

AVOID
Fraudulent and some sort of illegal activity going on here.
Agents turns up without notice, at 11PM, just walking into the house asking for rent which has already been paid! Asked my friend to move out although she has been paying her rent on time.
Police had to remove the agents from the property and warned them not to turn up again.
Avoid! Reported to the council and advice has been received from citizens advice bureau.
They use intimidation and harassment tactics to frighten tenants.

LANDLORDS AND TENANTS BE WARNED!!!!!!!!
I'm a landlord who was unfortunate to give these awful agents 2 of my flats to rent out for me.
They sublet my flats to other agents without my knowledge.
They also purposely avoid my calls nd texts as they owe me so much money. They are extremely unprofessional and completely incompetent.
They owe me thousands!!!!!!!
They should not be allowed to operate. They are known by many in the industry for how dodgy they are nd known by solicitors who know of the games they play. Shahed and Fiysol are the worst types of people u could ever meet!!!!!!! They are out to con people!!!!!!!!!!

Home trader is a bogus! business name just their to rip off people's money please all landlord beware! of the owner his a fraudstar. will minupulate be nice than he will pay rent for few weeks than he will stop paying rent ignoring your phone calls and email don't trust this conman. avoid!! I've lost £7,900 he owe's me still never paid yet taking him to county court
let the district judge decide. weather his gone pay
or not? I'm very disappointed not happy at all too much stress.

Agreed to give them two of my property keys, After seeing reviews not paying rent on time they will not get the keys!
After purchasing your investment the last thing you having to worry about getting rent pay!

We had a wonderful experience with Shahed who handled both our sale and onward purchase. Through the viewing process they were very engaged and forthcoming with any activity at the property and made us feel like we were well informed throughout. There were also some critical moments in our conveyancing process where we believe having the Hometrader team onboard was key to getting everything over the line. We'll be back.

I want to take this opportunity to point it out that Hometrader Cavell Street E1 has been of immense help to us. They made sure that all our work was done in time. Shahed Choudhury was always ready to help us in all the matters. He went out of his way to make sure that we get the house. The staff at Hometrader is extremely reliable and trustworthy. Our experience at other estate agent were terrible, but our experience with Hometrader proved to be exact opposite. I totally recommend everybody to get their property matters resolved with Hometrader.

I have been with Hometrader Properties since 2014 as a Landlord, I never had any issues with them,i had 5 years contract, i just renewed my contract again because of their excellent service and commitment, They manage my property fully, i always had payment on time.
I saw a comment on review and i was shocked to see about Home Trader, i believe who ever wrote the comments are trying to give bad name to the business. I know so many Landlord who i recommended and they are very happy with Hometrader service.
I will strongly recommend to do business with Hometrader.

Sorry could not wait to write this review as I was shocked to see such a inaccurate review given by few people. this agent was appointed by my husband and i was glad we found them, they have made our life so much easier, they took full control of our properties and they also take care of the maintenance, we get paid promptly every month, we have been with them for 7 years and can't fault them once. the manager is outstanding and very professional.

I have been using hometrader Properties for my portfolio of properties whom they manage, to date all my payments were made on time and the staff including the manager has been polite and they have kept me up to date at all times, I am having to write this review as few people are trying to put this business down, the reasons are unknown but i am however assured that this company has been trading for many years and still standing firm. I would like to thank company and the staff.

Do not trust this place. Hometrader Properties are the most unprofessional estate agents ever. Its run by a guy called Shahed. This is his Facebook Link (https://www.facebook.com/hometrader786).
He will avoid you like a plague and never pays rent on time even though the contract is guaranteed rent.
Had the worst experience with this place. AVOID at all costs
