Budrul’s explanation of the way that the sale was being handled by him/the company was thorough and easy to understand and resulted in a very satisfactory sale.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bodrul of Bells Estate Agents to sell our second property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting the best oitcome for us. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and were knowledgeable and friendly enough to speak to throughout the sale.
The property was in a difficult area where many other high street estate agents were convinced it was unsalable in the current market. But Bodrul kept us grounded and provided a realistic figure which was achieved faster than I expected.

Even before the pictures went live online, Budrul was able to quickly sell out house to first time buyers and throughout the whole process he went above and beyond to ensure everything was running as smooth as possible despite numerous delays. We used Bells Estate Agent to sell our property - Budrul brought with him a wealth of local knowledge and came up with a strategy that led to us accepting an offer £20k over asking! Budrul was always available throughout the process and helped us liaise with our buyers as the sale progressed, as well as providing logistical guidance when we were closer to completion. What a pathetic service, rang to book 5 bedroom house viewing which they had for sale, chap took my details and advised that someone will call me from sales team, i waited week no one called, i called again he told me same story. I called 5 times in month time and every time guy said sales team will contact me. No one called me back, and guess what sales team don’t have any direct contact number or email which is kind of joke. I doubt they even had property for sale anyway , they just wasted 1.5 month of mine, grow up and have some professionalism and stop wasting people’s time

As a landlord in the past I’ve always had a bad experience renting my properties to estate agents. However when I chose Bells estate agent this year to rent out my properties they made me feel very confident knowing they will handled everything with no issues and I was stress free. They found my tenants for my properties very quickly and made the process very smooth and easy for me. The level of service is second to none and they breakdown everything for you so you understand exactly what figures are deducted and not.
