Avoid at all costs awful terrible company! We brought our first property 4 years ago and went to sell it last year. While in the process of selling the council informed us that the developers (Homer) hadn’t had all the work signed off with the council. Drainage system, acoustic sound test, building materials and many other issue were still outstanding. We got all the work and surveys done which cost us £2000 and Homer have refused to refund any money. The council confirmed they wrote to Homer on many occasions and informed them of the outstanding issues but never ever had a reply. I contacted Homer about all these issues and they fobbed me off and wasn’t interested in any way. Customer service we received from Michelle and Stewart was disgusting.... Read more
