We recently sold a property in Bournemouth through Avenue Estate Agents and were very pleased with the service provided.
Numerous viewings all well managed by Ryan and Savas - with prompt post review feedback being offered.
Despite the sale process being incredibly drawn out, Sava's worked tirelessly to manage the lower chain and ensure everything and everyone was held to account.
I would not hesitate to recommend Avenue Estate Agents to anyone wanting a professional service.

After much research and meetings with estate agents we instructed Avenue Estates to sell our house. Our first impression of Savas was a positive one, he came across as enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. Savas produced a great write up of our property along with photographs and floor plans. The online marketing was equally polished and professional.

AVENUE ESTATE AGENTS
I cannot recommend Avenue Estates strongly enough. Dom was that rare combination of warm and friendly yet extremely effective. He delivered exactly what he had promised keeping us appraied of developments as soon as they occured.
On a number of occaisions he went significantlyabove and beyond what we could reasonably have expected. The sale related to my late Mother’s property which had been part of the family for over 30 years, Dom’s sensitive handling of the situation kept our stress to a minimum. He even undertook a weekly check that all was well with the house when neither I nor my siblings could get there – we all live some distance away.
Dom was a pleasure to work with and deserves all our thanks.
