I cannot recommend Avenue Estates strongly enough. Dom was that rare combination of warm and friendly yet extremely effective. He delivered exactly what he had promised keeping us appraied of developments as soon as they occured.
On a number of occaisions he went significantlyabove and beyond what we could reasonably have expected. The sale related to my late Mother’s property which had been part of the family for over 30 years, Dom’s sensitive handling of the situation kept our stress to a minimum. He even undertook a weekly check that all was well with the house when neither I nor my siblings could get there – we all live some distance away.
Dom was a pleasure to work with and deserves all our thanks.

What a pleasure it was dealing with this company no ask was too big and they were extremely good at coming back to us in a timely manner. Savas handled our sale personally and straight from the get go he was very easy to deal with, there was no pressure at all or false promises or cheesy sales talk which made us feel at ease. Savas did what he said he would and thats price the property at what its worth in the current market and get that price with no games being played and this was important for us to have in a service. Savas secured 8 viewings in the first day of it being listed with me being updated on each one being arranged it was actually really exciting to see all the interest being generated. Our property was sold within 48 hours for a price we were extremely happy with. Viewings were also considered around convenience for ourselves as we both work from home.
The transaction should have been very quick and straight forward but was sadly let down by some of the worst incompetence in conveyancing ive honestly ever seen from a Solicitors within the chain but everyday Savas tried tirelessly to get things moving and eventually it did.
Savas professionalism and dedication to his customers is simply 10/10 and its extremely clear great pride is shown in his work and the reputation of the business. To all family and friends we will be recommending Avenue Estates and I would honestly never even think about using another estate agent. Honesty and Integrity shown every single step of the way. It was a professional service from the outset. I was referred to Savas and his company, Avenue Estates by a friend. I was sceptical after previous unscrupulous agents had failed to sell my property, despite making many promises. The service was impeccable. Great initial meeting and in the throws of Covid. The agents worked hard to remain distanced and also ensured rules with viewings, adhered too.
The contract was agreed quickly with fantastic terms. Within a day a professional photographer arrived took amazing images that definitely influenced the sale. The brochure was available within days and the viewings, well there were an abundance of prospective customers and offers from the word go. After letting the team negotiate on my behalf I was very happy with the agreed sale. The team again were flawless during the after sales to completion process. I would not consider another agent to sell my property. Amazing company, customer service and real people working to sell your home, and keep you sane during the process.

Put my B2L flat on the market at the start of lockdown, as I was a little worried about my personal finances.
I called Avenue after looking on Google for a decent agent (I live in London).
Savas took control of everything from start to finish, he valued it at slightly more than I was expecting and got it sold for very close to asking price within four days of me signing my contract to sell the flat with them!
Due to lockdown/Covid it took a little longer than normal to complete but he sold it with my tenant in situ and he kept both my tenant and I updated throughout the entire process, so it really was stress free, even through this pandemic!!

We were recommended to sell our house (Meon Road) with Avenue Estates and invited them round to value and have an initial chat. We had a value in mind and it was way short of what they recommended we should try and achieve.
We decided we would use Savas and the team the moment we met them, they were not pushy and it was nice to have a good conversation and not just be 'talked too' with a typical sales pitch. We had professional photos taken within days and it was on the market in no time at all. As soon as it was, they managed to sell the property within a day (although for unknown reasons the buyer eventually pulled out). What a brilliant Estate Agent!
Back in 2016 we looked to get an initial valuation of our property in between Winton and Charminster, alongside other local agents, we invited Savas round from Avenue Estates and immediate got the right feeling. We didn't in fact sell that year and 12 months later looked to get a further valuation ready to put the house on the market.
Other local agents came in, gave us the big I am and that only they were the right option for us, yet Savas came back honest, genuine and was a complete pleasure to have invited back into our home.
We had no hesitation in going with Avenue Estates, the fees were by far the best, the service was amazing, there was no I'm the Director, I'll get you as a customer and then once the contract is signed I'm not interested, Savas was there for the entire journey from listing the property, through to the viewings and the ultimate sale, he remained committed throughout.
Unfortunately we have relocated right out of the Bournemouth areas so may not deal with the Avenue Estates team for the foreseeable future, however I have no trouble in recommending Savas and his team to anyone interested in Renting, Buying or Selling a property in the area.
I genuinely thank you Savas for the brilliant selling experience and wish you all the best!

My friend and I recently relocated to Bournemouth a few months ago.
We viewed a few properties and secured a lovely 2 bedroom Flat in Westbourne with Avenue Estates.
We have now been in the property for 5 months and any and all maintence issues have been rectified quickly and efficiently.
Our tenancy is now up for renewal.. we will definitely be renewing our contract with Avenue Estates.

Being based overseas most of the year I really wanted an agent I could trust to manage my flat. 4 years and 3 tenancy's later there has never been a vacant period, the rents always bean paid on time with a statement e-mailed to me monthly, an inspection report comes through every 3 months with photos, so I can see how its lived in and any issues have been sorted very quickly at competitive prices. I really couldn't ask for any more from them.
If I get the money together to buy more investment properties, I have 100% trust that Avenue would do a wonderful job, as they always have.

I have used Avenue Estates for many years, I cant remember the exact amount, but a lot of years they've put up with me as a landlady! I have used them for full management and they have always stepped up to the mark when any problems have occurred, maintenance required or re letting. In the office, Ryan is efficient and responsive and Savas has always given me the best service with a lovely easy and polite manner.
I'm quite sad to part with them now, but they have achieved the almost impossible by selling my flat. They have succeeded where other larger and supposedly more experienced Estate Agents have failed, and I will be eternally grateful to them.
So, in my extensive experience of Avenue Estates, I can't recommend them enough for letting and sales. Thank you Savas & Ryan.

I've used Avenue Estates both as a Landlord and also to sell my investment property recently. all the staff at Avenue go the extra mile, but Savas in particular left no stone unturned to ensure our sale exchanged and completed in what proved to be less than straightforward circumstances.
I deal with a reasonable number of Agents across the south and am not normally moved to praise them but in this case I must say the service provided went beyond the call of duty and was impressive.

Where do i start? Avenue Estates helped to sell my 3 Bedroom Detached House in Moordown and they really were a breath of fresh air. From the valuation right through to completion the communication and professionalism was incredible. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and always offered me a hot drink whenever i walked in there office. If i could give 10 stars i would, incredible service and great value for money aswell.

I have been using Avenue Estates for more than 2 years now and I'm confident they cannot be beaten on level of service and more importantly value for money. Letting out my flat could have be a painful process from getting the right tenants to making sure the flat is well taken care off to dealing with neighbors and building problems Avenue Estates have done it all for me on top of excellent rates. Also whenever there's a change of tenants (planned or unplanned), Avenue Estates handles all that for me and it's a completely seamless process from my point of view, which is exactly how it should work. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to let or sell their property. Another area Avenue Estates have helped me is when remortgaging my Buy To Let flat with their partnership with Nexmoney, which is important when you already have tenants living there.
