I would like to say a massive thank you to Ben Seaman for all of his help and all his hard work throughout my whole moving process. Ben has been, polite, friendly and professional ! If I ever had any issues or questions, Ben would always respond fast and was always be able to and happy to help me. I was a little anxious at first with how everything works applying for a new home and what to do but Ben soon put me at ease and was exceptionally brilliant with helping me understand it all and with what I needed to do. After initially having some reservations about purchasing a buy to let Georgia has recently provided me with some invaluable information about the whole process. Potential income for various priced properties was one thing we discussed, she demonstrated an expert knowledge of the estate agent industry, something which will assist me greatly when buying my first rental property. I initially spoke to Kate at Lowestoft branch to discuss potentially letting my 4 properties with Howards. She was very informative and provided me with all the information I required to fill me with confidence in using Howards as my agent. From the very beginning I was able to speak to any member of the team in Lowestoft or Great Yarmouth and they were familiar with my properties and situation. This was very important as it can be frustrating to keep explaining things! The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently by the team ,Kate,Lara and Ben. The hassle was certainly taken away from me but I was always consulted along the way. NICOLA!!!!! What an outstanding character! I cannot sing her praises enough nor do her any justice in this short review. We have been battling back and forth with an exchange date since June with a very long chain. Howards Estate Agent is our sellers agent but Nicola's dedication to see us all through to the end has proved not only invaluable; but made the entire process stress free. Nicola has provided us with regular up to date progress, messaged us late evenings and even during her holidays!!! I have been in sales my whole career and I have never met a more dedicated, passionate, and caring individual like Nicola! She not only kept us calm and reassured throughout these tough few months but also kept the entire chain moving forward. We met Sean Baney at a property on Saturday 04 September, with a view to a potential purchase. We have been viewing properties for some time now and this was the first time with Howards and Sean and and the first time an agent knew details of the property being able to answer all questions we raised. A delight after recent experiences. Sean was also very reactive when we placed and offer and returned a call when he said he would. Again very different to recent experiences.
