Fabulous experience as a buyer of a property Paul Hubbard Estate agents were selling. Our sales progressor was Natalie and she went beyond the call of duty to ensure all sides were kept informed and on task. Friendly, supportive and professional. We felt in good hands and without hesitation would recommend. It was so encouraging to have that central connection point, keeping us informed as she had assess to seller, sellers solicitors and our solicitors also. 5* all the way.

I moved into a flat on beresford road yesterday saturday 21st may. And within 24 hours the bedroom window broke when I opened it. You can not close it. It needs replacing. I have to slam 2 doors to close them. I can't even have a shower because it's scolding hot. And I'm now lying in bed listening to the vibration coming through my bedroom ceiling from whatever is going on upstairs. The place also has scaffolding around the building. I left my property in great yarmouth because the landlord wasn't interested in carrying out the repairs from the constant pipes Banging and vibration of the boiler coming through my bedroom ceiling from the flat above me. And I again have no peace after moving into this property. I paid almost £4000. What an idiot.

Very professional from the start, which made me feel confident that they could sell the property in a timely manner. Despite the buyers solicitor being useless Jessica Sisley was excellent throughout to help drive the sale to completion. Not only would Jessica push along actions but she would also hold difficult parties to account and wasn’t afraid to fight your corner. Without Jessica it could have been a very different outcome to the sale.
