I will use Day & Knight over and over again. They keep you informed, they are ready to go twice as fast, they get the job done, they chase you when you forget to email stuff over so it doesn’t drag on, the are reasonably priced and ALL fab team members. I feel comfortable speaking to any team member about personal, financial info. They are all polite, helpful and willing to go the extra set to make it an easy transition. The saying is “moving house is one of the most stressful things to do”, but I love moving house, because Day & Knight make it so easy, and I get excited to move, not stressed. You have a progress app so you can keep up to date all the way through, so easy to do. These guys are AWESOME! ????

I am in shock by how unprofessional Day & Knight have been towards my family.
It seems if you don’t choose to go with their company they will make things extremely difficult and even refuse a house viewing.
EDIT: the response below to my review has proved my point with regards to the unprofessionalism.
I’m sorry this is how you go about your work, despite me knowing you can view houses and place offers on a house whilst yours is on the market.
EDIT 2: I’m still in shock by how you are choosing to respond.
Congratulations on owning your own business which you like to mention at every given opportunity, to somehow make others feel belittled.
I also am a director of a business and therefore know that how you are treating potential clients is extremely appalling.
I certainly wouldn’t be found sending voice notes to those potential clients slandering the work of other estate agents.
It seems we’re not the only ones to have had a negative experience which you have then blamed on the client, it truly is such a shame.

They have managed the subsequent conveyancing with the buyer and solicitors independently, rarely having to bother me. Communication has been good and regular updates have been given. I cannot fault Day & Knight Property, their support and communication through every stage of buying and selling has been excellent. When I first decided on selling it was great to have Will value my house and be so passionate about what he does and so keen to not only help me sell but also find me my next home. Communication around viewings on my property were faultless, I was regularly updated by phone, whatsapp and email with feedback from every viewing and this was always instant, I never had to chase for anything. My property sold quickly too for above my asking price which was fantastic.
Throughout the selling process when I had a query or question I knew I could phone Day & Knight or email Will and receive a fast response, and at times this would even be outside of their working hours. Will was brilliant at ensuring the chain was moving along as it should.

If you are selling a house you would struggle to find a more proactive and forward thinking company. Some of the guys can be a bit overwhelming from a buyer point of view, they don't give you much time to reflect- but if I was wanting someone to sell my house I'd choose them in a heart beat- they get the job done!

I have delt with my fair share of estate agents after renting, buying 3 different houses and selling 2. I’ve never gone back to the same one estate agent because I’ve always had some issues with them, or they’ve put me off...
Hand on heart, I will use and re use day and knight over and over again to buy and sell in future. They’re the kindest and most helpful individuals. If I had a question they would try their up most best to answer it, even if it was something they couldn’t help me with personally, they would guide me where to go. If I needed them, they would always be ther other end of the phone. Every department was friendly and kind and helpful. They offered us professional photos at no extra cost, they done floor plans and video tours which you don’t get with many estate agents, they were quick at getting my property on the market. Any thing they could do to make the sale of my house go more smoothly they would.
They were not pushy or constantly phoning, emailing or sending me letters to get me to use their services. I chose their services because from my point of view, they were positively showing they had my best interest at heart.. and the prof is in the pudding.
My house sold for more than we were expecting.

Will and his team were on the ball right from the start.
They answer messages immediately and it’s great to finally see a forward thinking company that are using technology to improve this.
I work offshore where communication can be difficult, but we were able to chat via Whats App and I was kept up to date every step of the way.
Any potential issues were identified by these guys before the conveyancing solicitors.
I would highly recommend them.

When we decided to sell our house we contacted Will who had previously carried out a valuation on our home. Will's energy and knowledge of the market is infectious and really stood out compared to other local companies. Will was very professional throughout the process, he guided us regarding on how to present our house resulting in some great pictures to go alongside a very detailed description. When our house was put online I was shocked at the amount of people who saw our property on other services like facebook etc, previous to this I only thought people looked on Rightmove. Once a sale was agreed Will again gave advise on the process and what to expect and even suggested some suitable solicitors to work with. There was times where my wife and I was worried about the chain and with one phone call off Will our thoughts would be put at ease. The final stages of the sale Will demostarated his high energy levels once again and personally chased up all parties to ensure we would complete on a agreed date. We our currently moved out of our old property and looking for a new home and Will continues to offer advise and support and it truly feels genuine. I would strongly recommend using Day and Knight Property and wish both Will and Jack all the best in the future.
