Absolutely dreadful company.
Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away.

Agent did'nt really know how much the house was worth, they charge the buyer a £5000 intro fee so really working for not the seller.
They claimed to be a quick sale agent but they took 6 months to find a buyer. It was sold at the lowest price I could except..there target market is the buy to let investor..they do'nt put sales boards up.. c ould not get out of there agency contract without paying a £800 penalty
My advice is use a high street agent they will be cheaper and possibility sell quicker
