Our experiences for two years sales people are nice, but there maintenance team is a joke, first house wasn’t cleaned when we moved in and second house we were charged extra to move rubbish that was there when we moved in- it you are buying Sam and Charlotte are lovely, but if you are renting avoid like the plague!

Members of the directing staff were rude, unfair and broke the contract more than once during my years’ tenancy with urban let. After I moved out, I was subject to victimised charging for communal areas that other tenants didn’t receive. Urban Let are perhaps the most unprofessional and unpleasant letting agents in the area.

Could not recommend these enough. When I was at University, Josh was amazing with me and that led us to come back all these years later. We dealt with Charlotte about letting a property we had fell in love with and she was outstanding. Even the little enquiries, we had an email reply within 15 minutes every time. I have used Urban Sale & Let for approximately 15 years (previously Passion for Property). I can only say that they have given me excellent service and I would recommend this Company to any potential landlord. I would also like to make a comment on Linda Patino (Head of property management) who in my opinion is a jewel in the crown. She has helped and supported me over the years with the management of my rental properties in Chester.

Charlotte has been exceptional from the start - organizing everything from viewings, maintenance, photography and more - for the service they include the management fee is very reasonable and I would recommend to anyone thinking of renting out their property.
