Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

Been at the property for a number of years now and not only have they increased my rent but after going back and fourth back and fourth trying to get someone to help me because the mold damage is so bad nobody is willing to help me. Ashton & Grosvenor basically turned round and said this is not our problem speak to the landlord. Which btw I already have. I have a dad dying in hospital of Terminal Cancer which I have tried to explain to the Landlord and Ashton & Grosvenor and none of them seem to give a single care in the world about it this is too much for me to deal with right now it would be nice if someone showed me some empathy but I guess not. Absolutely disgusted I can barely breath at night because of the mold damage which makes me wake up in the middle of the night coughing. Those pictures uploaded do not do it justice the windows are constantly dripping as well when I wake up. What am I supposed to do open the window at night ? one I am by a main road its noisy and secondly its freezing none of them have provided a solution for me but they quickly put my rent up though didn't they without any weeks notice or anything. 0/10 offered no help no solution nothing charged me for the bill and accused me of threatening them which was not true I simply said id have to take this further if nobody was willing to help me and they blew up with me accusing me of threatening them. If you look at the other 1 star reviews they also had issues with this agency because there are about 6/7 ( 1 star ) reviews in total so this is a common thing by the looks of it Guys just a heads up.

Worse agency I had to deal with. Bullied in having to book a day off work asthey needed to do viewings but surprise nobody turned out and never been informed that has been canceled. Would not give any help and advice if needed. Profesionalism zero if you are moving in they might smilebuppon you as you moving out made me feel like im less of a person.

Andy listened to us and found us a buyer really quickly and then managed the sale through a difficult sales chain

Ashton manage a number of properties for me in the Warrington area. I find them very professional and keep on top of all the aspects of property management. Rent is collected on time and chased if needed. Maintenance is managed agreeing spending with me as required. Finding, vetting and signing up good new tenants. Arranging annual inspections and safety certificates. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely disappointed with this company. Booked in for a viewing today at 1pm, my Girlfriend had it confirmed via e-mail that Diana would meet is but she didn't turn up. A gentlemen who was also there to view it phoned the company to ask if anyone was coming to show us around but we had not been booked in on their system, even though he had a text message confirming his appointment. There was also a third gentleman there to view it. Quite remarkable that all 3 of us were not booked on their system and extremely unprofessional.

My father and mother recently have rented through Ashton and Grosvenor, having moved to Chester from South Wales. We have all been so impressed with their professional, friendly, and patient approach - from my parents' initial search for a property, the administration, liaising with the landlord, through to them moving in. In addition, the whole team have been responsive, dealing with initial queries and attending to a couple of issues in the property efficiently and quickly. We had a real sense that they were putting them as tenants first, and the care and customer service has continued. We cannot recommend them highly enough! Huge thanks for all you have done!

A&G manage two properties for me in Chester. I can't fault their professionalism, service and dedication. I previously tried to manage the properties myself - a time-consuming nightmare.
