Dave was open, honest, down-to-earth and did not approach us with a typical "salesman" attitude. He produced a high quality, personalised sale brochure for our house and took some great photos and Holly was brilliant in keeping us up to date throughout the sales process. Dave arranged for a video tour, countless photos, a digital tool to monitor progress as well as countless phone calls and emails.

We tried to sell our house earlier in the year (2021) with a well known local estate agent. After many viewings all carried out by myself we had no offers.
We saw a Housesetc video on social media and liked what we saw. Honest, down to earth review of the property being marketed.
We contacted David at Housesetc and asked him to give us a valuation of our home and explain how he would market our house.
We had to delay the sale of our home for several months which was no problem. We were supported by David and the team very well and had no pressure to release our home before we were able to.
Finally Housesetc were asked to release our home onto the market on a Friday. A few days later we had six viewings and several great offers!
We have accepted a fantastic offer today for more than the asking price! Both my wife and I want to thank David and the team for all the hard work!

My sister and I recently lost our mother and had the sad business of selling her beloved bungalow. I contacted housesetc because of a recommendation and instantly felt at ease with the initial conversation I had over the telephone with Chloe. She arranged an appointment to suit me as I was very specific on the time and I and my sister were very impressed with David who came to meet us. He was straight, honest and realistic with us and the preparation he had done prior to the visit was reassuring that he knew what he was talking about. After meeting him we didn't bother with any other estate agents as we felt he could sell the property in a professional way and we had every confidence in him. A sign went up the next day (Good Friday) and people were wanting to look round before the photos were developed!
Every time the house had an appointment to view I was emailed in advance and it was carried out by themselves under supervision. There were no hidden costs and it sold quickly (under two weeks) because I believe both parties had a realistic view of its value and potential.
Marie discussed the offers we had and gave an impartial view and overall we were delighted with the service. Emails were always answered the same day and the company operates in a very professional manner.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this estate agent to anyone. If you want honesty, realism and as a consequence a lower level of stress then this is the company for you.

I could not recommend Houses Etc more!
The whole team were warm and friendly, and really put me at ease throughout the buying process.
I had been looking for a house for a while and as I was walking down Pasture Road one caught my eye in their window display. I was unsure about heading in as I had done this with another company and was bombarded by staff and handed mountains of paper work to fill in before I could even talk to them about the house! Houses Etc were so different and really let me lead the whole search! In the end the house I saw in the window wasn't quite right for me, but they helped me find the one that was! Both David and Marie really go the extra mile to find you your dream home, and for a time that was meant to be so stressful they were always available to speak with, really did make me feel important and they saved me a lot of stress.
Thank you again, and if ever I buy again I will be using Houses Etc to not only buy, but to sell this house too!

I have just sold my house with Houses etc and found David and his team to be very professional, friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough to help with any queries I had and kept me well informed at all stages of the process.
David took all the great quality photos himself and promptly advertised my house on their website and other popular sites. He also provided me with regular property performance reports showing a breakdown of statistics relating to the performance of my property online in terms of views and queries.
The whole sale from start to completion took 3 months. I can't thank them enough for all they have done and would definitely recommend them and their services to others.

Housesetc is an excellent estate agent and dealt with the sale of our house in a very professional and effecient manner. In fact, through no fault of Housesetc our property had to be put on the market twice but incredibly on both occasions it was sold within a week.
In terms of customer care, I have been particularly impressed with their guided house viewings, weekly updates on progress and their willingness to go the extra mile to sort out any hold ups.
I would have no hesitation in using Housesetc again should I wish to sell a property because their very hands on approach helps alleviate the anxiety that is often associated with putting your home up for sale.

I found all the staff to be very courteous, proactive and knowledgeable.
There was nothing forced about the genuine assistance received.
At no time was I put under pressure to force a sale on terms not agreeable.
The particular attention directed to reaching a large audience is commendable, with video feature, media feeds etc.
