3rd Apr 2024 (17 days ago)I have had a brilliant service from Carter Jonas Team - Special thank you to David Sinclair for showing me my new home at a last minute request and amending my tenancy paperwork quickly, to Celine for liaising with referencing for a small hiccup, and Grace Wilson for her input throughout the process. There may have been some hiccups, part of the nature of moving, but they were very hands on and rapid acting to smooth out the process for me!

28th Feb 2024 (7 weeks ago)What an absolute joke of a company. We are renting the same house through them for about 4 years now. Our radiator thermostat broke in the living room, and I've ringed them quite a few times about it in the last four weeks. They can't be bothered to at least get back to me with an answer if it's going to get fixed or not. We spend most of the day here with an infant and a toddler so we need the heating to work properly. The house has mould. After several complaints, I've got an answer basically saying if we don't like it, we can redecorate it on our expense. Worst estate agent company I dealt with so far..... DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! AVOID.

2nd Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)From an initial flurry of activity with adding the product to their listings and organising the marketing things drifted, communication got less and less. Whilst the economy is difficult I expected more.

14th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)I recently had a horrible experience renting through this rental agency. Despite promptly filling out all the necessary paperwork, they ignored our form. Their communication was absurdly poor. The agents looked us straight in the eye and lied to us. It was very frustrating to deal with such an unprofessional company providing terrible service. Other agency I have spoken to have been an order of magnitude better - responsive, efficient and honest. providing terrible service.

James was the agent for the seller and i was delighted with the amount of information i received ( from James ) through the whole process. My agent in Doncaster kept me somewhat in the dark but thankfully James fed me the info i needed to remain confident that it would all work out. I would definitely recommend James at Hunters , i am very impressed with the professionalism and positive approach. Thank you so much!
23rd Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Rent a flat from them and had nothing but problems. They are happy to take rent and represent a slum landlord and not fix things. Our shower doors were not safe and were not secure. The extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom and there was no window which caused mould and damp to my designer handbags and my new bed. Also caused mould and damp in the rest of the bedroom. Landlord refused to fix the extractor fan until I said we would take it further. Then Jigsaw wanted us to show others around our flat even though it wasn't our flat bringing rented. This was an issue due to my partner working nights and they said they would let themselves in. Had issues with flat above us and when I tried to follow it up I had a rude member of staff answer my call and then informed another member of staff who I was and said she's kicking off. (wasn't the case I was asking what would be done about the issue) Some members of staff have no communication skills. This is for a property at abbey wharf, Selby

There were a few problems at the lower end of the chain (no fault of Logic) but they kept me well informed & they were professional & did their very best throughout. Will certainly use them again. Thoroughly recommend.
