She has huge experience and has provided calm and wise counsel and a measured and pragmatic approach to the inevitable hiccups that can arise between offer and exchange. We have used Humbert’s twice now and both times we used the wonderful Natalie. The photos and videos are always so professional and I think it’s wonderful they do not charge extra for the walk through videos and photos as other estate agents do.
After our move to North Wales we were wanting to sell our holiday cottage in Somerset. It isn’t easy when you live so far away but Natalie went above and beyond to make the sale as smooth as possible. As the house was being used as a short term holiday let it wasn’t necessarily always cleaned before viewings. Natalie would get to the house early and make sure the house was presentable before showing anyone around. She was always wonderful at keeping everyone in the loop up until completion and is a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend her highly enough and I am just sad that I will not be able to use her for future house sales because of our location. Thank you Humbert’s and thank you Natalie!

I recently purchased through Humberts and was relocating from out of the area. I felt as if I was asking lots of questions but I was never made to feel that way; nothing was too much trouble. A really professional, friendly service and I would not hesitate to recommend Humberts and would definitely use them if I moved again. A really lovely welcoming touch and one that I had never experienced before … I was met at the property with the keys, received a welcome hamper and card. Thank you Natalie for everything!!
