Disappointing. Feedback on viewings, even confirmation that they happened, were hard to come by. Viewings seemed to happen even though people had no intention of buying my property and what it offered. Miscommunication from the start. Misled on buyers position, sale documents updated and reissued without any communication of the changes..... I went months between contact....i understand the team changed midway through my Sale, however; the communication was not where It needed to be and It didn't really improve. The agent I was buying through became the biggest source of information and kept me fully up-to-date I waited weeks for callbacks (if they came), told one thing, only for it not to happen. I did however find Lisa (Mortgage Advisor) very helpful, and easily contactable! I also had great photos of my property.... Read more
