Purchased a property in the local area a while back. Unfortunately we dealt with Mark Leah. On the basis we were buying from them, I have never had such a bad experience with property transactions. This is a very arrogant man that doesn't have any understanding of the the term service. The only reason we purchased the property was that we met privately with the owner and completed the negotiations there and then. I can't make any comment on any other other staff, I'm sure they are great, but make sure you keep well away from the above named man. As a result of our experience we will never be passing any instructions to this branch and will try to purchase properties through other agents if at all possible. Its is a shame really, as the other branch we have dealt with were more than helpful, even for those obscure questions.... Read more
