I really liked the personal service and the “genuine” approach, especially having moved the house sale from one of the competitors in the area. Dan and the team were always super helpful and responded quickly to any questions or queries that I had. I also purchased a new home through V&H. Again, Maria and the team were absolute super stars. 7th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)I’ve rented via Clarendon’s for the best part of 5 years which is now coming to an end as I’ve purchase my first property and it is bittersweet really as they are genuinely the best agency I’ve ever dealt with. They are and always have been friendly, professional, reliable and efficient. Everything you want and need! I can’t recommend them enough and can only imagine how easy they make your lives if you’re a landlord. Of course all agents work for the sellers but at JS you really feel the relationship with the buyers is also just as important.

Ms. Loren Pogue has a unique set of abilities by which I am impressed. She is friendly, polite with lovely manners while at the same time professional and effective. She replies immediately to emails, and she can solve efficiently any issues presented to her. She is always keen to assist, and she has the ability to solve a wide range of issues related to all kinds of properties. I believe she is an asset in the real estate industry as well as she can be considered as a brand ambassador for the Jackson-stops company.

Ollie came to value our house that we had lived in for over 25 years and made the difficult decision to put our house on the market much easier. Danny was brilliant throughout our sales process and we achieved a price for our house that we were very happy with. Then Kev helped to get us over the line to completion. Thanks for all your hard work. I must also mention Janine at Lamb Brooks, who was extremely helpful in getting our sale and purchase finalised. She is very professional and was always quick to answer any questions that we had.

The team has been very proactive and helpful right from the first viewing to contract exchange. 4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)We decided going through sales with Galaxy because the way that they sold this to us, that would be easy and quick. But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. I would not choose them again or recommend it.
22nd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)repeatedly called by this team over the last 7 days, each time I state I am not David and ask them to remove my number from their directory. I then block the number and low and behold they call from a different number. so irritating when a number has clearly been transposed on their forms. find an estate agent that can call the right person is my suggestion

Since the beginning of our negotiations we felt things were a bit strange… But as we really liked the house we decided to still move forward. After awkward beginning we got a call saying that we got the House. We were extremely happy. We them hired solicitors, got our mortgage approved and we were just waiting for the probate. After 1.5 months of our offer being accepted, we received one call saying that they were very sorry but there was another offer (sounding like it was a done deal for the other bidder.. yes it became an auction we believe..) Long story short, even after saying that we would potentially rase our offer to still keep the house, they never came back to us so we could only imagine that they for some reason chose who is buying their houses… At least for us this seemed very evident. With our mortgage ready/approved, investment positions withdrawn and solicitors hired. Big ££ loss will all that on top of the terrible experience… Ps: By the way the house was out of market as it was marked as Sold…
